Product but very responsive customer service

After opening this massager on Christmas 2021, we tried it and seemed to work great. It comes with a large assortment of attachments and a nice carrying case. I put it away and 8 months later I get it from the closet and of course, it’s not charged and no power indicator lights come on. Plug it in and the red LEDs on back blink indicating it’s taking a charge. Either the battery failed or there was an issue with the power switch or internal circuit. I reached out to Everyfun and, to my surprise, they responded to me the same day. After some troubleshooting and back and forth communications, they decided the unit is defective and will provide a replacement. Best customer service response I've experienced in years. I look forward to using it once I receive a replacement and will update this review as needed.

Defected

At first I didn’t think this worked. After messing around with it for awhile I found the only problem was that the lights didn’t change color like the directions when it was fully charged. I emailed the company and they told me I could return it and they would replace it, which I would have done but since I had 2 family deaths a week apart around the same time I didn’t return it. It does have a year warranty so I still can. The lady I emailed was super nice and helpful.

Very Effective Massage Gun

I ordered this product after a similar product was used on me during a physical therapy session by my physical therapist. I wanted a similar experience but I needed a lighter weight gun due to arthritis in my hands. Although it was one of the lightest that I could find, at 1.7 lbs, it is still very heavy for me to use with my hand issues. That is the only negative for me but that is my problem and not a reflection on the product itself. Otherwise, this has a number of positive features that I really like. It is very easy to use; it is rechargeable; it has 3 speeds, the lowest of which is more than adequate for my needs; it automatically stops after 10 minutes; it has a number of different attachments; and it really gives my muscles a good massage. I hope that eventually a really lightweight percussion gun will be developed, but in the meantime, this works great!

A must have for sore muscles

I bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday.She loves it cuz after being on her feet all day and doing heavy lifting...she's BEAT when she gets home...she works for assisted living so she's does move and lift constantly and her back aches big time after work and her feet scream at her...she uses this and it really helps relieve the soreness in those areas..there's an attachment for your back...one for your legs thighs calves and hips....one for your feet...and a few others...it works GREAT...I'm so HAPPY I bought this for her knowing she can get some comfort and relief from the everyday pains her work imposes on her...It's a NEW model from this particular brand and I TOTALLY recommend it... Look it up and watch the video...then... GET ONE....You won't be disappointed.

Portable nice massage gun. Must have if you play sports a lot.

The media could not be loaded. It is my first owned massage gun. I used my friend's in gym before and felt I need to have one of my own. After researching similar products in Amazon, I picked this one. I have used it for several days, and I like it very much. I practice long distance running, play tennis and other sports. It helps a lot to relieve my muscle pain, after competitive games or running a lot. I like the 7-shape design. It is easy to reach back and neck comfortably. Battery lasts long, one charge can last hours. There are many attachments to choose. I particularly like the small head one, as shown in the video. It can reach into deep muscles, and massage them.

Did not work straight out of the box

This is the second one I’ve bought and it did not work immediately. I’m not sure if the batteries are faulty on these or what is the issue. I wrote the customer service service listed with no response.

Small but powerful

The media could not be loaded. This is my second massage gun from Everyfun, I love thier products. The sleek design helps you reach those really hard to reach spot on your back. Most other massager I've used before were extremely loud but this one was quiet. It came with several attachments to massage various parts of your body and was easy to change out. The battery life was awesome, I was able to use it for a full body massage and I had extra battery life for my husband's body massage. I would highly recommend this massager and for this price I am buying some for Christmas gifts this year. Great investment for your health, mind, body and soul!

Massage gun

This massage gun is amazing. Reaches every expectation, it’s very handy , easy to handle or use and the battery duration is just as described. The charging time is short , wich is ideal for quiq use. The multiple programs are awesome, you can use from soft to deep tissue massage options and what I loved about it that it managed my back pain as well. I definitely recommend this item , you will be happy and satisfied. Great purchase.
