I bought this for my wife for Christmas and honestly I’m just sad I don’t have one. Super comfy, sturdy too! The light is so bright (not for direct use on eyeballs) the cup holder can fit pretty much any size cup, the vibration is cool but beware turning it on if your dog is crazy like ours, it will think it is a threat and you will pay the price for protecting it. Awesome product, would chair again

Comfortability for seniors
This product is really good if you have a bedbound parent/grandparent… This helps with the stability for their back to help them sit up and the vibrational setting is also a good help for the lower back. And the light is also functionable really a good product

the control are on the side and behind you
The product was bought for my sister after we looked on line on Amazon Prime. It looked like the one she had before which she had loved. This carepeutic bed lounger had the heat , the massage, the Led Light, and the arms It looked perfect. the reason I gave it a 2 star is because the CONTROLS to all that good stuff are on the left side of the back which is behind her. My sister's previous one had the controls on the arm in front of her. So much easier to control when the controls are in front on the bed lounger arms where her hand can reach it as opposed to on the side and behind where she could not even see them when sitting in the carepeutic bed lounger. We returned it the same day back to Amazon Prime. This product would have been perfect with all the amenities IF the CONTROLS had been in front where my sister could see and reach them.

Using in our camper
We have been looking for a second one of these for use in our camper. Bought a tan one many, many years ago. This item (the grey one on the left in photo) was packaged well, arrived quickly and is very comfortable. The only thing we don’t like about it, is the arms do not fold up for easy storage. You have to remove them, they zip on. The older one, the arms fold up and that makes it a little easier to store flat. But we like it very much.

It's a no for me
I've been looking at this for well over a year. It wasn't in stock for quite awhile, but recently was again. I was really excited to order it finally. I was very disappointed when it arrived. The fabric looks more velvety and plush in the pictures and the lumbar part looks like it extends more, but doesn't. I also thought the arms folded up, but they attach with a zipper and aren't very easy to attach. The light didn't work straight out of the box. The items value seems closer to $60. Most definitely not worth over $100. I wanted to love this and am returning it instead.

It served its purpose
Needed this for quarantine because my bed became my desk. I wanted something more sturdy than a pillow. The cup holder doesn’t fit a mug and is too shallow so it easy to knock off. The foam is very firm and I like the side pockets for my iPad and notebook. I would say it does the trick and wished there was something better out there. I wouldn’t buy it again but served a purpose because I do use it everyday.

Très déçu
Je correspond pas aux photos démontrées dans l'annonce. Très rigide, dossier très droit et inconfortable, vibre beaucoup trop forte et chauffe trop fort aussi. Goblet pour verre inutilisable car pas profond. La seule chose sur laquelle je pourrais donner cinq étoiles c'est la lumière de lecture. Vaut aucunement le prix.

Very good but needs improvement
I got this while sick with bronchitis last summer. Was doing a lot of coughing and couldnt sleep lying down or even reclining so this was a lifesaver. The high and firm back offers great support. However while I get that the designer wanted to create the full arm chair traveller experience, the arms are way too short to have a cup holder or even support arms really. Since I have asthma and recurrent coughs, I use it a lot still, but that dratted metal cup holder is really in the way at elbow level. Cant use it for liquid safely. And the light is just annoying. I havent ever tried the massage effect. I see the price jumped, but I wouldnt pay for the extra effects. I just needed help to stay upright and this gave it to me unlike anything else I could find.

Overpriced pillow, but heat is good.
I bought this for my wife for christmas 3 years ago. It offers no support and must be placed up against something. I found that the description was misleading and I was disappointed with the product. That said for the price I guess I cant be to disappointed. The cupholder is to shallow and is a really good way to spill on your bed. I gave it to my little brother and he said that the heater is great though.

Not comfortable, poorly designed, either lower back can rest up on back or upper back leaving gap in lower back area. Heat is gimmick, vibration is good strength
