Great quality, musty smell

I've been using this shower cap for over a year and the quality is great. I've used plenty of other shower caps that have fallen apart within months and the quality on this one is really solid. The thing that I really don't like about it is that the fabric edging around the opening smells really musty. It didn't do that at first but I've noticed over the last several months that I really smells bad. This is after I wash it every single week and after every use I stretch it out on a hanger to dry. The first or second time using it after it's been washed, the musty smell comes back. I'm not sure what's causing it but considering I try to keep it very clean and dry, I'm not sure why it gets musty so quickly.

Keeps my hair dry

I have purchased three of these shower caps. I have a couple of vacation homes and I keep one at each one in addition to the one I keep in my permanent residence. I did buy a kind of shower cap from Amazon; satin over plastic and they just did not keep my hair dry during a shower. These fit very nicely with 2 rows of elastic that keeps the cap water-proof around my hairline. The caps are colorful and seem to wear well. I have not had to replace any of them, but I haven' t used any one of them long enough to determine how well they wear over time. But, so far, so good!

Perfect for long and/or thick hair!

I bought this shower cap after reading its description online. I have very thick, medium length hair and have had trouble finding a cap that would be cute (love it!), comfortable, and effective in keeping my hair dry. This cap was everything I hoped it would be. I have ordered 4 or 5 so far - some to keep to have if the first one stops being what I need, one to keep in a travel bag, two to give as gifts - which got rave reviews from the recipients! So happy to have found it!

Perfect!

Yes it is a bit tight, but that is what I want. Easy enough to put a small piece of cloth between cap and hairline. The red lips are so cute I leave it on my wall drying rack as a decoration. This cap will last forever. Worth twice the selling price!

Keeps your hair dry

I recently went to Europe on vacation. Knowing that the hotels I would be staying at only had showers I needed to keep my hair dry on days I wouldn't be washing it. This worked perfectly as my hair stayed dry in the shower.

Keeps hair dry

I have long hair and it all fits in this shower cap. I can use a clip or rubber band and I have plenty of room. The elastic is tight enough so the cap stays in place but it’s not uncomfortable at all.

Excellent value!

I used to buy plain old shower caps a couple times a year from the drugstore. This is the second time I bought this cap. My first was purchased in 2019 and I used it 3 or 4 times every week. The elastic just now, FOUR years later, started to get a little loose! I immediately ordered the same one. They cost less less than the drugstore and are So cute too!

Mine lasted four years

Mine lasted four years of quite regular use (several times a week). I'm back to buy another, because I think that this many hundreds of showers is a pretty reasonable timeframe for the elastic to finally quit on me. When the elastic started to lose its effectiveness, I kinda made it work by tightening it with a rubber band (see photo), but the time has finally come to say goodbye. Farewell, toucan shower cap; go peacefully into the squeaky clean beyond.

Hola ????????‍♀️ Aquirí este gorro de baño hace aproximadamente 4 meses y lo he usado de 2 a 3 veces por semana, después de todo este tiempo mi gorro sigue impecable...prácticamente como si fuera nuevo ???? ???? Lo He lavado a máquina (les recomiendo usar una bolsa de lavandería y un ciclo de lavado delicado para mayor protección y durabilidad) Y sigue impecable. ???? El resorte sigue sin ningún daño y los colores igual de vibrantes como el primer día. ????La relación Calidad-Precio me parece bastante buena pues; siguiendo las recomendaciones de uso y cuidado el producto es bastante duradero. Es un producto que volvería a comprar sin dudarlo.

The media could not be loaded. This shower cap is really cute and is roomy enough for my very long hair even when it's in a high ponytail. The elastic is quite strong and even leaves a mark on my forehead but I really don't mind because it serves it's purpose : it keeps all my hair dry, it's comfortable and easy to wash. I will buy extras for when I am traveling and for hair treatments. I’m very happy with this purchase and I do recommend buying. If my pictures / review were helpful let me know :)

I'm not sold

It will do... the anti mold is what made me get this.. I have a serious fear of mold... howeverrrrr.... the Bonnet itself isn't great. It keeps sliding down my forehead and caused my major zits. Something I never experiences before. I'll go back to my Peter jones ones...

Better than I expected

After years of the cheap hotel-style shower caps I decided to treat myself to something better. This was so worth it! The cap is roomy and stays put. Some of the reviews I read before purchasing mentioned either the elastic too tight or slipping down while using. I find the right angle keeps it in place and it doesn't move - just follow your hairline and it should work for you. It stays put with my thick, curly, past the shoulders hair and it has loads of room to spare. Because of my curly hair, I don't wash my hair every day and this has been the perfect accessory as it keeps all my hair dry but doesn't crush my hair. I always tip my head forward to get my hair in and then slide it onto my head.
