Was great, now not holding air.

UPDATE: They got me a replacement fast, I am well on my way to a quick and safe recovery. I could be more happy right now, thank you guys~ Old review: It was great, but now I am stuck with a boot that isn't holding air nor is it supporting my fractured ankle. The return policy makes no sense to me. I have to return the boot before I can get a replacement so what am I supposed to do while I wait a week? I have to wear the boot for another month. In all honesty I liked it till it stopped working properly. It was a great buy but as a single mom, I am stuck and can't afford to replace it.

Very helpful

I had a pretty bad sprained ankle and the doctor suggested i could get this kind of boot. It was very comfortable and light, easy to put on as well. The balloon feel helped my ankle as i was trying to walk again and slowly get off crutches.

Sizing off

I found this boot in a medium to be too small. I wear a woman’s 9N According to their sizing, I would wear a medium. But it was so tight and uncomfortable I had to send it back. I have the hospital provided tall boot so decided to continue wearing it. Only have 4 more weeks to endure. Very nice boot though. I’d like to add that I fractured the fibula. The ankle is swollen and many colors. I should have considered that before getting the medium.

A comfortable fit.

Top piece is flexible but sturdy. The boot is comfortable for all day wearing.

Sturdy

The boot is very sturdy. The upper design could be done better. The foam for the bottom for the weight of the foot is a bit thin, the Velcro wears out too quickly, and the straps on the top should be designed to go across the front of the boot, not the sides. I have another boot from a different maker that was taller, which is why I purchased this one because I needed a shorter one.

Extremely amazing boot

I researched a lot to find a good orthopaedic boot and I'm impressed how amazing this one is. Extremely comfortable, it fits perfectly (Im 8.5 man shoe size, Medium Size chosen) and this blue ball you see in front is an air bumper. After placing your foot in the boot, you press this bumper and the inner boots parts inflates to fits even better to your foot making a confident foot embrace and extra comfort. The air cushions connect in all required foot sides to make it very stable while you walk. For the price, this boot couldn't even be better. It's worth each dollar payed. If it helps, I have an ankle twist.

Great Ankle Support, Great Value

My wife rolled her ankle walking our spaz of a dog, the doctor said it was an acute sprain. We borrowed a friends ankle boot, but she didn't like it, so we bought this one. She said it is way more comfortable, way lighter, and and the air pump works better then the more expensive boot we had borrowed. She has a women's size 7.5, and she says the medium fits great. I would recommend this boot to anyone.

Great quality and value.

I bought this because of the covered toe piece, which is required at my workplace. I have used Aircast brand and another expensive walking boot sold by my hospital. I'm a physio who has broken both feet over the past 2 years. I found this boot held up better than my last boot that cost 4x as much! My only complaint was pressure on my shin from the rigid tongue piece, but they included extra foam pieces that took care of this issue. I just tucked the foam into my sock and it worked like a charm. This is a great product, especially if cost is a concern. I also wear orthotics, and found they fit nicely into the boot for custom support. I wear ladies size 10 and the medium fit fine.

Life saver, great air boot, slight shipping hiccup

I’ve never seen a boot with a built-in pump. Even my doctor was impressed. Broke my ankle with severe ligament damage unfortunately the hospital only had knee-high Aircast and it didn’t fit my leg properly. Ordered this one the night I came home from the hospital. I’ve had four breaks previous to this one by far this is the most comfortable cast. For the most part stays inflated and makes it possible for me to weight bear. I would definitely recommend this for people with larger calves or ankles/a lot of swelling. I am a women’s size 10 I would say that would be the maximum for a medium. I might have even preferred the large if it could’ve came sooner (it was offered more than a week for delivery from purchase). When I purchased the boot they offered one day shipping after I checked out the order it was switched two today. I tried to edit the order to change it back to one day and it kept showing error. Usually I would not complain over one day shipping but this is a medically essential item and it kind of felt like false advertising since the day switched after I paid. Just be aware they might switch the days after you pay. It’s slightly frustrating when you know you’re immobile until you get this cast.

Uncomfortable

This boot made me more uncomfortable on than with it off. I broke my ankle a week ago today (monday) photos provided show just after I broke my ankle, when the swelling down but badly bruised, and then what this boot did to my foot. It took me just over 20 mins just to get the thing on. It was one of the most difficult things I've had to suffer suffer since breaking my ankle (its not a full break, just a small piece of bone came off the side of my ankle bone, I was advised to get a boot). I will probably not wear this thing again. I would give it ZERO stars if I could. A waste of my Money (it may work for other people I'm just saying what my exp with it is)
