Good buy for the most part
Definitely worth it if you have several decks of cards to shuffle together. Only problem it seems to have is getting jammed up when the machine pulls the cards in from both sides

This 6 deck shuffler is what I wanted
I read lots of reviews for various shufflers: manual, automatic, 2 deck, 4 deck, 6 deck. There were lots of concerns and complaints from noise, not shuffling well in various ways, and extensive battery usage. Well, battery usage is not a problem. We don't use it heavily, but we are still on the first set of batteries. It does seem to make a bit more noise than I thought it would, but it is quieter than other models people have around here. It shuffles well if you make sure the cards are placed in the holder properly. Do some searching around the net and look for what other people have figured out. It is very helpful. Also, one of the tabs that holds the card catcher in place broke off, but I was able to easily glue it back into place. Problem solved. The only other issue is that it does not fit the card sleeves I have for use on other card and board games. They are just a tiny bit too large. Think Magic cards. Overall, I think that this shuffler is a good product.

Good but not great
One of the plastic tabs broke on day 1. Usually shuffles well but sometimes cards will flip sideways along the wall. Good for the price but certainly not great.

Better than shuffling by hand!
I love these shufflers, but they have some technical flaws. #1 They give up too soon. It's either their trigger mechanism, which breaks after a certain number of cycles, or some electric connection fails on one of the two motors. (Back a few years, they used to run until the rubber wheels were "flat" and didn't grab the cards properly any more. These good old days are over.) #2 The contacts that connect to the + pole of the batteries are a bit narrow and don't properly touch. I fix this with a toothpick that I push under the metal tongue and break off, so that the battery pole touches. #3 The recent change of the "wiggle" mechanism from a metal part to a plastic part has not been a successful one. Now the opening of the shuffle mechanism seems to be wider and "eat" more cards at the same time. This makes the machine stall. It takes some extra hands to direct the cards so they don't get stuck.

Mostly works, but you get what you pay for
Yes, it shuffles cards fairly effectively most of the time, and for the pretty cheap price, you can't ask for too much more. Having said that, there are some clear flaws in the design that could be easily fixed by the manufacturer without hurting their profit margin: 1) The stack on one or both sides will tend to "jump" as the machine is running unless weight is applied to the top of the stack to hold it down against the force of the gears that are running beneath it (mine tends to do this on the right side far more than the left). This has led to cards or even small stacks of cards sometimes getting flung off the unit altogether rather than getting pulled in and shuffled. You'll have to manually fix this by placing some kind of weight on top of the stacks before running the machine (like some coins, chips, batteries, w/e). If you're shuffling 4+ stacks, the weight of the large stack will be sufficient for most of the shuffle, but once you get down to ~1-2 stacks remaining, that's when the cards will start jumping unless you apply more weight to the top of the stack. 2) The plastic guard that prevents the shuffled cards from flying out is only secured by a couple small guard rails at the top of the unit. As the cards are shuffled and thrown into the center holder, this pushes the spring-loaded center column down along with the plastic guard. However, the plastic guard itself is not as tall as the unit, so if you're shuffling enough cards to have pushed the guard down to near the bottom of the unit (4+ decks), the guard will slip out of these guard rails, allowing the cards to potentially come flying out unless you hold it with your free hand. Could have been an EASY fix by the manufacturer to simply move the guard rails down towards the center or simply add a couple of additional rails. No idea why they designed it the way they did, and their QA definitely failed in not spotting this problem. However, it's fairly simple to solve by, again, just holding the guard with your hand while the decks finish shuffling. It's annoying and a little awkward, but not deal breaking. 3) The shuffler doesn't always throw the cards correctly into the center column. Sometimes they've flipped over on me or fallen into the center column vertically, causing additional cards to either not shuffle correctly or get jammed up. This can also cause some cards to get stuck on the sides of the center column, forcing you to have to pry them out after you take out the rest of the shuffled stack. 4) The shuffler (at least mine) seems to draw cards in from the left side far more consistently than the right side. Every single time I run the machine, unless I give the left side a fairly significant amount more than the right side, the left side will always empty out well before the right side, leading to ~8 or more cards on the right side that won't be shuffled. Overall - it works, but it's cheap, and so it operates like something that's cheap -- with several obvious and annoying flaws.

Holder is rickety
The shuffler works well but the clear plastic holder is so rickety and doesn’t fit well. I’m sure the clear holder will break quickly.

Doesn’t work well shortly after a few uses
This product has a BIG problem that it works for a couple of weeks then it doesn’t shuffle evenly or a part breaks from the front or the something inside starts to rattle and it quits working out of the 10 or so I have purchased only one has worked very well. I understand where it is made doesn’t put out a well made product. This a ripoff to you and your customers.

Unusable
Well, for that price point i should have had my doubts. The machine can't shuffle anything without me having to tap both sides of the deck constantly... I read ofher reviews of this product. Put weight on the decks too. Nothing worked. It was a full set of UNO cards split into 2 piles. Don't bother with this product. I got it returned. Wasted money buying 4 C type batteries for this useless contraption.
