These feel like luxury to me. The rounded triangular cross section of the handles, the weight, the balance... All very nice.

Sleek and Simple, A Great Deal

Bought these when my husband and I forgot to register for flatware (oops), and I am so happy I did! I looked all over for flatware that was simple but not cheap-looking, and every set I found was SO expensive! These fit into our price range, and I was a little nervous that they would be cheap in real life, but they are not at all. They have enough weight to them that it feels like you're using a nicer flatware set. I was nervous also that they would rust in the dishwasher as some other reviewers have said, but we've had them for 11 months and haven't seen a speck of rust yet. Also, we're not very consistent with doing the dishes, so that includes them sitting in the sink for several days as well. I highly recommend!

Overall Great but...

finish, weight, and looks are spot on. I've had them for about a month now, and just the other day I was cutting something with one of the knives and it left a dark residue on the white cheese. I am usually pretty particular about washing and drying everything right away, not sure if this is metal oxidization on the blade, or something else.??! otherwise a great set.

Very stylish. good quality. I've been using them over a year, and they still look good as new. There is one thing I'm not satisfied. It's the balance and weight. The end (bottom) of the cutlery is heavy, so they tend to fall from plates.

this is a nice looking set

you know...this is a nice looking set,... perfect for everyday wear and doesn't look cheap. However, if you don't have small children, do not get this set. the small fork and spoon are REALLY small. if I didn't have small kids I would have sent it back.. and the large spoon is too large. So that leaves you with the fork and the knife for regular size people. too bad because like I said it is a nice "looking" set

Good Quality

Love this silverware, heavy, good quality, doesn’t stain, is like new 6 years later. I’ve bought other brands since then and didn’t like them near as much as I like the towle

Happy with the Luxor 42-piece place setting

We bought some more to supplement our first set. They are a good quality and we like them very much. Also, it was great to get the 2 serving pieces. Our first set did not have them.

Solid cutlery set

The best Towle cutlery design in my opinion. Simple lines, nice and weighty in the hand, and modern. Very good quality and suitable for everyday use. Solid buy and highly recommended.
