This is the best k tape I've found

I bought another brand... It had higher ratings... Also have had tape from the physical therapist on my knee. Neither of those come even close to this tape. I have meniscus tears and have had arthroscopic on both knees. This tape is amazing. It's thicker and it doesn't peel off right away. The sturdiness of it really helps keep in place what I want kept in place and lessens pain. I don't normally leave reviews often, but I had to with this tape. I won't buy any other brand ever again. I'm thinking about taking it to my PT appointment tomorrow so she can see it.

Really nice sports tape!

This stays in place and provides better support than KT tape. It even stays in place after a shower and drys quickly. I love the helpful grid lines too. My skin was a little sensitive with KT tape but this doesn’t bother me. I use it for arch support for plantar fasciitis daily. This is my go-to from now on

This is the best kinesiology tape I've tried!

The media could not be loaded. I've tried several different types of Kinesiology Tape/kt throughout the years because I have a lot of injuries and they all start peeling on the edges right away even if kept dry and I round the edges I do everything to the company's directions and I would still have issues. This brand I decided to try out Theraband is by far the best I've been wearing it for hours since receiving it and it has stayed in place even after getting it a bit wet from washing my hands! Also it has non-latex adhesive so I won't have a rash from wearing it other brands would break me out in sores along the edges after a few days of wearing other kt tapes on my injuries which was painful and uncomfortable.

Works great at adding extra stability of joints.

This product is great for adding more stability in limbs. I had an arm injury that resulted in pain around my elbow and down my arm. It also made it so my grip strength was completely shot. Adding the tape helped provide more strength and stability in my arm and reduced the pain I felt. Pro Tip: Make sure to round the ends of the tape before placing it on the skin as cornered edges will come up a lot quicker than rounded ones.

Decent price point. Appreciate the grid map on back of tape roll for measuring specific areas that are being taped. Adhesion is fairly durable after a couple showers and a few days. Provides stability and assists patella tracking. Reduces pain. ????????

Effective for shoulder pain

Adhered great to skin even when wet, but not hard to remove either. Very helpful in recovery from rotator cuff injury. Good design.

I LOVE THIS TAPE!!

I LOVE THIS TAPE!! I have really bad peripheral neuropathy. It is soo bad, that it hurts to put sock on and then take them off. I have been using medical tape which does work, but is very expensive. I came across an add for this item, and did my homework, and read the reviews on Amazon. It sounded a little too good to be true. But I was soo desperate for some relief, and not empty out my wallet, at the same time. On the first use of this tape, (you do have to read the directions to apply properly), after I got home from my 12 hour shift, I had total relief when removing my shoes and socks. I could go straight to bed, and not have to wait for my pain pills to kick in. This is a Godsend for me. The price of this tape, is nothing compared to what I was paying before, for "medical" tape. I highly recommend this item for those that suffer from similar foot pains.

Amazing product.

Totally love the product. Can't play without using this tape. Provides great support to the muscle. I have tried a few other cheaper alternatives but didn't find them to be of good quality. Slightly expensive but would definitely recommend this.

Good product and great value for the price

One of the best K-tapes for the price offered :) . I used it for many months last year ...my physiotherapist also recommended it . The adhesive dose not pull on the skin extensively yet it dose it's job perfectly . Being Latex Free is a Big PLUS
