Pricey but beautiful

Loved 8 colors and patterns. However, compared to Chinese lanterns, these are double the cost. So I used them to supplement the more reasonably priced Chinese lanterns. Nice touch.

Pretty, but not well made

Pretty, but not well made. The paper is very thin and they rip or dent very, very easily. They are difficult to unfold without ripping or denting them. You will also need your own wires to hang them, the attached ribbons are way too short. The patterns are cute, but the colors are definitely more "faded" in reality than in the online photos. I used these as decorations for an office baby shower, and just had them sitting on the table next to bouquets of flowers for decoration. They looked pretty nice, but I wish it had worked out to be able to hang these (i.e., that they didn't rip so easily, extra wire wasn't needed, etc). Also, I don't think they would last if they were actually outdoors--in my opinion, these would only work indoors because the slightest wind might knock them over and rip them.

Just what I need

The entire product was great. I just hoped it could be a tad wider so the cupcakes and tea breads are well seen.

Love!

Charming colors and prints, received many compliments at the party I used them at. I had a lot of difficulty tying them open with the too-short ribbons provided. A 2-inch length of fine wire is much easier. These are very delicate, if you squeeze or drop one you will get a dent in the pleat pattern. This can be put right with gentle adjustment, but I put my thumb through one doing this, but it didn't really show. I just found some tiny LED lights (also Amazon) that can be put in them, haven't tried them yet.

Gorgeous, well made, and easy to assemble

Ordered these for my sister's baby shower. They are gorgeous. They were easy to assemble, and it was nice that each tier has a different flower pattern on each side, so you can choose which patterns you want to show. One warning: because these days cupcake shops seem to make the frosting really tall on cupcakes, you have to slide them in there carefully because the fit is a little tight. But they looked perfect. And they're so well made and so pretty - after the shower my sister put them away for the baby's first birthday party next year!

Great stand, extremely sturdy, only ONE stand not two

Very pretty and extremely sturdy for slide together cardboard. My only complaint is that the picture is misleading and the reason for only 4 stars. It’s only one stand that is double sided. Actually took it apart and am saving it to use again another day. It’s not a cheaply made stand and can be used repeatedly.

These are even cuter in person and they come with ...

These are even cuter in person and they come with a ribbon to hang them with. The only drawback is that when you are trying to unfold them and turn them into a globe you have to be very careful or the paper will rip. One of mine ripped slightly where the two ends meet but luckily you can't tell when it is hung. Despite that I would still buy them again.

Pretty, not perfect.

Pretty colors. The green one is lopsided and the pleats buckled, but the party is too close to reorder. I think when it's hung, it won't be too noticeable, but still. The material is that of a heavy paper plate. I'm keeping them, but improvement can be made to the overall product. Maybe making them like a Chinese lantern.

A useful product

Perfect for taking cake etc to a gathering because they look pretty but you don't have to worry about using (or losing) a good plate.

Cute and reusable!

It was great for the kids, threw a tea party for both adults and kids. I wanted them to feel included so I got this three tier stand to put some homemade macaron, scones, sandwiches and chocolate chip cookies for them. It was great and the kids look too adorable sitting at their table sipping lemonade and eating sandwiches. Afterwards I just cleaned it with damp cloth and let it dry. It’s quite strong so I’m going to reuse in the future.

Lovely and decorative alternative to a standard vase....

Bought this for my mums birthday flowers to go in, something very pretty, different and quirky to the usual having to find the vase in the bottom drawer. She absolutely loves it! It is a decent size(although you do have to cut your flowers down slightly shorter than normal) and the plastic pouch to stand your flowers inside it is strong and sturdy which also makes it waterproof and means it can be used over and over again so i was going to say it is a lovely and decorative alternative to a vase even tho a touch on the expensive side for something cardboard, but when you think how many times it can actually be reused well it is worth every penny. Would highly recommend to anyone and you even put a small house plant in it or dried flowers, it is just great!
