No “gator jaw” or “life guard” included with my winch line kit

According to the “Bubba Rope” web page all the winch lines come with a “gator jaw”, line protector “life guard” and the “Grabber” for attaching it to the winch drum. Mine only came with the line and the “grabber”. I will change my rating when they send me all the products that where promised.

Do not buy this. Very first full, barely stuck in soft snow and line broke. Not impressed at all.
