Other sizes were hard to come by unless I wanted 20 or 50. These are what I wanted and fit perfectly. The one that split lased a few years first, so I'm not expecting a 5 or 10 lifetime, but who knows.

it works as planned

I replaced the ends of a three legged walking cane-chair seat, where the rubber tips had fallen off, as not attached tightly enough. The ones i bought are perhaps too tight. but they work and have not come off in a month!!!

Wrong size for an adult walker-my fault!

I've used these as non-slip tips for my walker, and they work like a charm-but picked the wrong size this time! IF you are buying for that purpose, you will need the 1-inch size with a rubber or metal washer or coin inside the tip to prolong life. The sharp metal edges of walker legs cut through the tip over time unless you add that extra cushion. If you have a light-colored carpet or floor, go with the WHITE color to prevent dark rubber marks on carpet and floors.

Replaced some step stool feet

Summary: Replaced the worn and cracked hard plastic and rubber feet on a couple of kitchen step stools. Recommendation: The failure point on these caps, especially softer rubber is that the hollow stool leg will 'cookie cutter' the bottom of the cap. I added a dime to each leg, which will prevent that problem. Note: A dime works for the 3/4" caps, but is a little tight for the 5/8" caps. Pros: Good fit & finish. Cons: None. Conclusion: Rating both sets at 5-stars.
