Dish rack review

It was delivered quickly and was very well packaged. Price was fair for such product. The expandable feature is a great plus which makes it very versatile. Have used the company’s earlier version and they do resist rusting. Good product to have in your kitchen.

Wouldn't buy again!

I had an old Sabatier rack I needed to replace that I was really happy with but it was starting to rust. I saw this and since it looked like my rack I ordered. The quality has really gone down, The amount of money I paid for this rack was double of what I paid for the old one which wouldn't be an issue if it was functional but this one isn't. The wire racking is too wide and the dishes are constantly falling over. It is also meant for placing to the left of your sink if you want dishes to face forward. I tried to flip the racking and it does work but it does have balance issues if you do that. I like the expandable aspect of this all in all I wouldn't recommend or buy again. Disappointing.

Could have been the best strainer ever, BUT...

This could have been a great dish rack. The size is plenty for our extended family around the holidays, the extendable feature works like a charm, and we were very jazzed at first. But somebody was not paying attention when the angled the plate supports in the wrong direction! And no, you cannot simply turn it around, that won't work! The plates should fall to the back of the rack, not forward! I don't know if this is a glitch with ours, but it is very annoying for the price! We will keep it and use it, but I sure would like to hear from the mfr if this was just my unit or did they blow it in design or in China where of course it is made. How sad that such a perfect rack is offset by a ridiculous and obvious blunder!

A great improvement over an older model

We have a small kitchen with precious counter space. So we needed a dish drainer that extends lengthwise to fit a difficult spot. We used an early model of this, but after years of use, the metal rusted and it was awful to clean because you had to take it apart. Putting it together was tough! This newer model is so much easier to clean, especially the tray since the wire rack slides almost all the way out. So far, no rust after six months use.

Kitchen Excellence

This fits all the dishes. The drain off area is neatly designed and almost hidden. The sections for the cutlery is deep so stuff dont topple out. The attachment for the glasses is the icing on the cake but most of all, its sturdy.

Fonctional

I like that dish rack. It allows me to put all my dishes and I can organize it well so it stays put. I like that it is extendable, feature I use more than I thought I would. Some negative points are (but the positive points outweighs the negative ones by far): - it is finicky to extend the dish rack and put it back to its original size. Go at it gently. - the front plastic holder for the cups is retractable (which is great) but fragile, be careful when manipulating it. - when it will be well used, the water deposit will be difficult to clean. Other than that, so far, it feels fairly sturdy, the water collects and pours out in the sink well, it holds a good amount of dishes and handles the weight of it well.

Great dish rack

Nice full dish rack. Love that it expands. Drainage works great. Love the wine option. I remove it if I dont need it. Very well though out. Plastic for sliding isnt that great but overall it is a great dish rack. Comes assembled. Some parts came off and no instructions but easy to figure it out . Arrived before delivery date.
