Works Well

This do heat well. Assembly was ok but the screw's that hold the bracket were so tight I ended up drilling them out and using bolts instead. The swivel is very adequate , you should get almost a 3/4 circle of heat. They do turn on independently but do not turn off independently. Stay Happy Update; After two months it would not stay light after lifting your finger off the start button. Getting very frustrated , I checked the wire connection it was loose pushed it on better and it worked.

Nice basic outdoor heater

Heater works very well. No automatic start, but easy to light Works on 1 or both elements

Did not work when I got it, easy fix

On the temperature control knob (off, low, med, high) there are three tabs. Carefully pry them off with a picker or small screwdriver to remove it. Careful not to break the tabs because that would be impossible to fix. Under the knob there is an adjustment screw that needs to be adjusted about flush to the plastic thing it screws into. I put Locktite on mine which should have been done at the factory. The thread was probably designed to be snug but isn't so the screw moves during shipping. Snap the knob back on with the temperature marks lined up with the indicator on the metal valve body and you're done. You need to check it for proper function and assume all responsibility if you do this. Who knows how many of these perfectly good heaters got thrown straight into the landfill with little or no use on them. Quite a shame.

Nice little heater!

This is a very nice heating unit, it puts out a lot of heat and small and easy to store but just remember you need a little ventilation if using in a smaller space!????

POOR routing of wires and auto shutoff valves equals poor performance and operation.

Trouble lighting 8 out of 10 times, 1of the burners will not light. I believe the issue is the wiring to the auto shutoff valves. The wiring for the shutoff valves are routed poorly and in the way of lighting the the heaters while pushing the valves while trying to start the heaters. I have tried to reach out to the supply company who is importing this unit, but they do not answer or return calls. The lighting or starting issue started about a week after recieving the unit. I had a unit similar to this without the auto shutoff valves and it worked perfect for about 5 years until the elements burned out.
