Customer of Procom not good. Customer service of Amazon excellent
Procom customer service is not good. Had questions of how to set up. Contacted via phone and they had recorded message to send email. I sent an email and a second follow up never received a reply. NOTE: Contacted Amazon customer service and they were very helpful. Finally, figured out and operating well.

Wonderful heater
This stove is wonderful. Came wrapped perfectly and delivered quick. It looked brand new and you would never know it was refurbished. We had picked up a similar model (different brand) at a local company that had controls on the bottom that caused us to be on our knees on the floor bent over to light. This model is right on the front behind a little panel which is wonderful! We quickly returned the other one! The heat this thing puts out is awesome! Depending on what number you set it at, once it gets to temp it will shut off then as the room cool it will turn back on. For reference the #2 setting gets my 300sq foot living room 68 degrees before shutting off. We have ours hooked to propane and it uses very little compared to running our furnace. Has already paid for itself!

Clearly a refurbished product
Overall look: ok Assembly: Easy Seems to work as advertised. However, during assembly it is easy to see that this is a refurbished product. Top is loose on one side and two screws were missing on leg assembly (each leg requires three screws, only four total were sent). Piezo assembly feels flimsy when pushing button. Overall impression: meh

Don’t purchase this! First unit was shipped with broken logs. Amazon sent a second unit and it was also shipped with broken logs. See photos. Logs were not broken during shipment. Procomm repackaged these broken logs individually and shipped to Amazon. Procom is a crap company. They have a phone number but they do not have a live person answering their phones! Instead they give instructions to contact them on their website. So I did that. I described the broken logs in detail with the model and my address. It took 3 days for them to reply, and the asked for a detailed description of what my problem was. I replied with the same information as the first email. 3 days later and they replied some nonsense to my email. Now, I am jumping through hoops on an endless email chain! My propane company charged me $500 to install this crap! When they went to put the logs in, they informed me that the logs were broken and they couldn’t continue the installation. Not only that! They filled my propane tank with 200 gallons of propane! They told me I can’t use this thing with broken logs! It won’t pass county inspection! This is disgusting! Had to get a permit from the county to install this piece of crap! I will never purchase anything from Procom again!

Customer service is a Nightmare. DON'T BUY
I bought this stove to heat part of my basement. When I put together and attached to gas line, I heard and smelled gas. So shut gas off. After inspection, found a crack in the supply regulator on the unit. Tried to contact the maker and got a request for the invoice, which I supplied. I haven't heard anything for almost a month. Good news is that Amazon customer service was on top of it and giving me a full refund. Very sorry I bought this. Don't buy this item
