Shoes don't match the product images

This is our second and third pair of pedipeds. Love the shoes themselves, but my children are very disappointed that the soles aren't 'marbled' like they are in the product images. The images need to be updated to represent the actual product being shipped.

PERFECT SHOES, AMAZING QUALITY

PERFECT SHOES, AMAZING QUALITY as always. I had cheaped out at the beginning of the school year and bought a pair of Champion sneakers for my very active kindergarten son. On sale for $29.99 and I was running behind schedule for back to school shopping so I grabbed them on a whim. The soles were the new-style hard foam ones (not the classic rubber soles), and within 5 days (I kid you not), the wear on the bottom was ridiculous. Not to mention they were constantly "shedding" little strings of foam from the soles. The rubber that comes up over the toes had already peeled away from the shoe and they looked like they were already 3 months old. So back they went to the store and I ordered these as I should have in the first place. Yes they cost twice as much, but now after 5 weeks of wear by the previously mentioned very active 5 year old, they still look NEW! My son has worn Pedipeds his entire life (they fit his fairly wide feet very well) and each pair has not only survived but thrived to be passed down to his little brother. When little brother outgrows them I then I sell them on Ebay and still get a good price for them. Quality shoes and non-toxic to boot! Can't get better than that. I hate to think that my older son will soon outgrow the brand. :(

Well designed and very durable

We love pedipeds, our daughter has fairly long and narrow feet for her age and they always fit her well. They are somewhat narrow, and since these only have Velcro at the very top they probably wouldn't work for kids with particularly wide feet. These shoes in particular have held up great to the adventures of a very active toddler and repeated washings. I'd say they've been washed at least half a dozen times since we bought them and are still in excellent condition. We continue to be huge fans of pedipeds for their consistency and durability!

Good shoe for running in

Not much arch support. Daughters go to shoes to run around in. Good grips. But her feet sweat and the inside maintains moisture. So take out the soles and rub them on your jeans for a bit. Fir the rest of the shoe put it on top of the radiator.

Not baby friendly

Not made for chunky baby feet. My little one was uncomfortable while trying them on and when I removed them after just a few minutes, she had deep impressions from the shoes digging into her little feet. Also, the rubber portion at the top of the shoes is very chunky and caused my little one to trip quite a bit while she was walking, even though she is an experienced walker and is even running.

Good Brand

We have purchased a few pairs of these in different sizes over the years, and they always seem well-made and comfortable. They are also easy to get on and off- a big plus!

We love PediPed shoes

We love PediPed shoes! Lightweight, washable and they are even Vegan! These are the best fit trainers for my wide-footed son. Beauitfully made, very light, velcro strap fastening and a wide, foot-shaped toebox all help to make these little shoes ones your child won't want to take off, even after a day of adventures, walking, running and playing! Plus they are very robust - my son hasn't worn a pair out yet and he's always on the go! These are our 4th pair of PediPeds (all outgrown, never worn out!) but certian;y won't be our last.

Good shoe

Good shoe. We are on the second pair. My only little complaint is the stability of the front material - it lost its strength rather quickly, making the trainer rather flimsy.
