Does not hold ice

I purchased this item to take on a cruise to have more ice available to keep my champagne chilled. I had the room attendant fill it up when we boarded the ship and went out to explore. When I came back much later, I found a towel under it that the room attandant had put there. The melting ice had soaked through the bottom of this leaving the desk and carpet soaked. I'm tempted to just throw it away but I'll hang onto it just knowing it's limitations. Not at all waterproof.

I love this cooler, idk why there were such terrible reviews I bought it for my 4 year old to sit on in our wonderfold wagon and it’s absolutely perfect a lot bigger than I thought it would be as well very spacious inside I can wait to actually get some food and drink inside to see how well it works on our outings ! 5 stars so far would definitely recommend despite the low stars ????????‍♀️

very versatile

Really like this little cooler- folds up flat & I keep it in the car since it's a great way to transport chilled beverages. Also doubles as an extra seat & make a great side table for my camp chair. It is thin so not sure how long it will hold ice frozen. It's been very convenient for lakeside snacks & camping. May even take it traveling

It leaked the first time I used it

The product packs nice and it works great as an added seat in a canoe, but it turns out the plastic liner had a hole in it (multiple holes, actually). As the ice melted and water leaked through, the hexagonal piece at the bottom that helps hold the shape of the container got soaked and seems rather flimsy now, even a month after it has dried out. I have only used this item once. If I can somehow patch the holes, I'm wondering if that bottom piece will still hold up in the future. I think the holes in the liner are a result of how the product is packaged and shipped. The cylindrical liner is made of a plastic that is somewhat rigid, but it is compressed to flatten it for shipping, and that process can create points that are stressed enough to rip or tear a bit, and apparently create holes that water can leak through. I was given this item as a gift. I don't know where it actually came from, so I don't know who to contact to see if I can get a new liner.
