Good for small studio/apart Living

This product arrived on time, in good shape, no damage. Was for my son for his living space. He reported that the larger burner was not working but did not want to send it back to manufacture given he had another separate burner. Reported the iven worked great. Did say that yes, oven and burner will not work at same time. He is happy with it

Great product

This product is wonderful. The oven cooks evenly and the food comes out great. This is perfect for our brother in laws adu place. It does get a little warm in the back on the bottom of the counter.

Dont clean exterior!!

Door is floppy. It leaks heat badly. Most important, be VERY careful wiping the outside, especially around the knobs due to wiping the selection indicators off. I now have to guess what function is occurring as all of the indicators are gone. Very disappointing.

5 stars for oven, 1 star for hot plates

We bought this to use in our basement while we were remodeling the kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised at how great the oven is! It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and is pretty roomy. Some 9x13” pans fit inside but not all. We have made dinners, pizzas (small-medium size), cookies, and even a birthday cake. It’s great for heating up leftovers. I give the oven 5 stars! BUT...the hot plates are worthless. They just don’t get hot enough. You can technically cook on them but it takes forever. And don’t plan to boil on them. I placed some water on to boil for pasta salad and in the time it took to get to 212* I was able to make Mexican rice in my rice cooker, make black beans from scratch in my instant pot, prep all of my fruits and veggies for the week, get everything else ready for the pasta salad, and do all of the dishes. Then, even though it got to 212, it still didn’t boil. I gave up and threw the pasta in. It did cook but seriously took a ridiculous time. The hot plates only get 1 star because they are useless. Also, the controls are very strange and the instruction book doesn’t really give enough info on how to operate it. There was a lot of experimentation. If I had to live with this much longer I would have to find a better alternative to the hot plates. It’s a great oven though.
