Good but pricey -

Thanks for reading my review! I have mixed feelings about this product. On one hand, it soothed and moisturized my face very well, which is greatly appreciated - Chicago winters tend to dry my face and hands out. However, on the other hand, it felt as if I'd applied paint that was sitting on the top of my skin. Perhaps, it's meant to be absorbed slowly over the course of the day, but I don't generally like that. I've switched to using it overnight instead as a remedy for that. All in all, I'd rather use this than have dry skin, if only I can get over the price tag.

Great as a night cream

This cream is great as a night cream. It is very hydrating and I need very little to cover my face. It is especially good during the winter months when my skin needs more hydration. Nice ???? Thanks for reading this review. Have a lovely day ????

Tiny but mighty

FEATURES: Made in France States “doctor-formuated” 100% Vegan Very rich and velvety, as advertised Nice, clean light scent Tiny 4-inch bottle (not counting lid) and tiny dispensing hole, 1-ounce of product Cleverly designed box opens up to contain information sheet (but I didn’t find any additional information that’s not already given on outside of box and tube - just written in additional languages) A FEW CONCERNS: Neither box nor bottle is sealed No expiration date given, only a code “2109036” Active Ingredients listed: “Nourishing” and “Soothing” (are these ingredients?) MG Magnesium is name of product, but magnesium is the 22nd ingredient out of about 40 ingredients SUMMARY: Rich cream and it does combat dryness as stated. I put some on the outside of my hands before bedtime, and I still feel the smoothness this morning. So, maybe the price for a small amount is worth it if you’re constantly suffering from dry skin. The cream is rich but not greasy and it doesn’t take much.

Feels more heavy like a night cream

I was surprised at how thick this felt coming from a tube and not a tub. I like the tube because it stays clean that way. The cream was moisturizing for sure. It felt much like a heavy night cream. I wore it outside during the day while I did yard work in my Florida home with temps reaching mid 90s. My face had sweat rolling off of it. I didn't sweat elsewhere. It made my face feel like I had a layer of something on it. I don't like to feel like that during the day. But using this at night, that is a totally different story. I don't mind this at all. It leaves my skin soft in the morning. It might work for really dry skin or winter time when heat is on in houses. But here in Florida, heavy moisturizer is just a killer to wear.

Good face cream

I'm not sure about velvety, but this is a pretty good face cream. It's definitely hydrating and refreshing for my summer skin. It is not too greasy or heavy and my sensitive skin does not break out from using it. Those are my bigger concerns when looking for a lotion. I marked it as a 4 because while it's not really heavy, I can still feel the residue on my face after use, and there is nothing that really sets it apart from other lotions.

Thick and Lightly Scented

This is a thick moisturizer that doesn't leave my dry skin feeling greasy. The bottle is small. The price per ounce is steep and I can't figure out why because the product itself doesn't feel any different from similar moisturizers. Perhaps because it contains Hyaluronic Acid, which is 20 items down on the ingredient list?

A Little Goes a Long Way

This Novexpert hydro-biotic cream for dry skin goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly, making my skin feel instantly nourished. It comes in a tube, and you squeeze out just a little to apply. Amazingly, despite the texture of a cream, that small amount manages to cover my entire face. My only minor complaint is that my forehead broke out after my first use, although continued use -- that is, getting used to it -- seemed to solve the problem. Made in France. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann
