Pros: Inexpensive and decent quality for the price. light weight and easy to pack up. Good heat distribution, was able to cook 2 large Tri-tip steaks and 8 drumsticks all at once… everything came out perfectly juicy. Expect a little longer cook times than some other grills since this does not got very hot (maybe up to 350-400*) if you keep the lid closed. Cons: Difficult putting the handle on…and if you drop bolt screw in the hole, good luck getting it out (poor design in this regard). Does not get very hot, so difficult to get a hard seat on a burger or steak, but that also makes it hard to burn your food, so could be a good thing for some.

Good quality grill with small setbacks

This is a higher quality mini portable grill compared to others I’ve seen in the stores. I like the latches that secure the lid in place. Some things I didn’t like but I can live with: -I noticed a spot weld on the body, where it looked like a small hole was patched up and sanded down. Small imperfection that’s mostly aesthetic. -Although the temperature control valve is held more secure to the grill compared to other models, it seems they use the same exact regulator that every single cheap grill uses. Variance between low and high temperature is minimal.

Not up to Masterbuilt quality

We so wanted to love this little grill. We purchased as a replacement for a 10 year old WeberQ100. We have a wonderful, sturdy Masterbuilt smoker and figured this would be great. It is just 24 hours old, and it is sitting in a return to Amazon box. From the get-go, the grill is rather flimsy -- not what we were looking for with a small patio grill that is used frequently. (Although, this would probably be a great grill for tailgating or camping!) When putting the grill together and tightening up the igniter, my husband was shocked -- yes, literally electrically shocked !! We chalked it up to the igniter not being seated tightly with the grill body -- and once this was done, there were no shocks. Thank goodness we had the propane adapter and were able to get the grill up and running. We decided to grill two hamburger patties. Of note, there is a large air gap at the back of the grill...it gets hot and smoky. The grill worked great for actual grilling, but what a mess inside! And for just two hamburgers. The flame protector is only about an inch and a half to two inches from the grates - which means grease just builds up and burns. One good thing - this grill cools down very quickly after cooking -- which would be great for tailgating or camping. The under side of the lid became extremely discolored after grilling (yes, we did heat the grill to burn off any 'packing' residue), looking as if we had been cooking on it for months. The grill 'pan' under the burner was a perfect catch-all for grease, burned grease and also looked as if we had been cooking on it for months! We are conscientious Amazon customers and knew we were going to return this product so wanted to clean it up a bit before returning... Nope, no way. Being stainless steel, we didn't want to use anything that might scratch the finish, but we worked on the clean up for at least an hour...Still stained and burned. When my husband went to pack the grill back up, the igniter fell apart, leaving the wire and brass nut connected to the grill body. I hope that we just got a bad grill from the start... We are returning and will likely purchase another Weber which seems better suited to our needs.

Good little grill.

This little grill is just fine for my purposes. Heats up fairly quick, evenly cooks & cools to transport soon enough. Not heavy & easy to stow. Camping, Tailgating, Park picnic table, this will do nicely. I would advise hanging on to the regulator dust cap.

Super cute n sturdy

To be honest, I was use to the little cheapy 5,000 btu kind, so I was a bit intimidated at 1st. It’s larger than I had originally thought (by a few inches) MY bad. Easy to put together (which is normally not MY strong suit since my head injury) I haven’t grilled with it yet, becuz I NEED a cover 1st, to protect it from the severe elements here at the lake. VERY disappointed there is NO cover... only a carry bag; which is not needed if you are using on your porch n not traveling with it... and becuz of the extra 5”, other small grill covers do NOT fit ???? I DID however test it to make sure everything worked as advertised... and it did. It’s pretty‼️ and I am very excited to try it. I will have to write another review AFTER I’ve used it a few times...and hopefully find a cover alternative... but so far I’m feeling hopeful ????

Works well enough for a portable grill.

I ordered this grill as a package with the cover and mounts for my pontoon boat. Very disappointed when the bbq doesn’t have holes in the legs that work with the mounts without having to drill them out myself. I expected it to be bolt on ready.

The control has a lot to be desired.

I did the soap thing to look for leaks. None. However, twice, my one pound propane containers ran out after one use (found the next day). With MOST controls, turning it off is all the way to the left. Not here! The final "off" position is at 12 o'clock, after pushing and turning the knob. Of course, the words are in both English and French, making it more interesting. Read the instructions. That's the only way to figure it out. Otherwise, a great little grill that we use in our covered lanai in Florida, when it is raining.

Call Chase her Father’s Day hands-down best barbeque for portable use very sturdy legs lock into place starter works great best bang for your buck especially for heat distribution inconsistency. Can’t go wrong with this purchase. Came with a couple minor scratches on the exterior of the barbeque probably from packaging rubbing back-and-forth but aside from that realistically it’s going to get scratched during usage also super easy to just walk up and throw in your trunk to bring to the beach camping or sports event
