Profuct damage/losd

Opened the box to see gesso had spilled outside of container. Unfortunately i am in a time crunch and this is needed asap so am unable to return it and wait for a replacement

Shipping issue fixed by company!

I originally received a busted bucket from the warehouse. I was able to scoop most of it into another bucket. I contacted the seller and the manager handled my issue. They gave me a full refund. I love this gesso and appreciate how they handled the shipment situation, so will be ordering again.

always used liquitex for the last 40 years . Sands beautifully as gives even 3coat pro canvas a perfect work surface.

Unsealed mess

What a mess!. Thank goodness they put container in plastic bag because it leaked all over the place. It must have been unsealed. As far as the product, for a vessel it's fine. P rice was right.

buyer(s) beware

negative 1 star... I guess this might actually cover canvas great, IF any of it managed to get applied. However, the container arrived ruptured in the shipping box, so it is basically an open bag of goo and a white box interior. As a previous customer observed, there is nothing left to return. I recommend ordering smaller containers until Amazon figures out away to ship something like this properly.

Poor packaging

The product is good (nice and thick or maybe just drying out) but the packaging not so much. The bottom is completely cracked open and gesso everywhere. You would think anyone shipping product like this would know how to package it to avoid such issues.
