So useful!

I bought the pump from this brand, and hardly made any milk… I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to breastfeed. Then, after learning about nipple sizes and flanges, I realized this is what I needed. After buying this, the breast pump worked great, and I was making milk easily. Definitely don’t give up, buy the right size.

Sometimes flange sizes are different per breast

I love the product, but later learned that each breast could be different in size. Thankfully, I have 4 sets so it’s fine. Just know for the future that they may not be the same size and you might need to buy them individually.

I had to put tape around just one the insertion to make it fit inside the pump. Not equally made

Box is beat like my nipples

The media could not be loaded. Received them in the mailbox in an Amazon plastic bag. Saw another review where the box was beat and it came true. Thankfully the actual product was NOT open and still sealed in its plastic bag. Switching from 25mm to 28mm and they already look so much comfier. My 25mm stay on securely even when shaken. These stay on for the most part, but fall off when shaken, so hopefully they don’t fall off when they’re on me. **I used the little video to help size what flange size I may need.**

It is what it is...

There isn't really much to review - it's a plastic funnel with a measured opening. The only thing I had a problem with was the silicone around the outside. It helps a little with comfort but little drips of milk settle where the plastic meets the silicone and I have to try to blow it out of that dip and into the funnel

Just what I needed

The flanges that came with the pump did me no justice at all. After watching the video to see which flange would fit me, I placed an order for the 28mm. Life. Saver. I no longer have any discomfort pumping and I’m also able to get a better supply of milk.

Too costly!

Not making much difference. All sizes should comes with the original pump only.

Nipple part is larger, but not whole flange which is needed for a larger breast B or larger.

I’m glad they have them available, but I wish the actual Y shaped part of the flange wax also bigger. I’m not very big chested and am a small D before pregnancy. When using these flange it causes blocked ducts at times because of the suction on the rest of my breast tissue not covering a larger portion of my chest. I find I get blocked ducts every other day or once a day during one of my pumping sessions. I have to pump every 3-4 hours and my son is 5 months, so it can be really painful having to deal with blocked ducts so often. Bigger flange base would allow women with larger breast more comfort and not put pressure on surrounding breast tissue, especially considering this is supposed to be “larger” than the 24mm standard version. Great customer service from Lansinoh though.

Proper fit is so important!

Much more comfortable than the flanges that came with my pump, and my milk output is better with these. They are easy to clean, and they don't irritate my skin at all. Pre-pregnancy I was 38D - I'm not actually sure where I'm at now, a little bugger than that though.

Reduced Milk supply with this Flange - Unclear Product Description

This flange does not extract the milk as nicely as the smaller one. The worst part is, I tried to return it but cannot do it, as they do not allow returns for this one. I am stuck holding it. Try to make the instructions clear that improper flange size can reduce milk supply. Make it super clear to the buyers. And especially if you are not going to allow returns.

Large breasted ladies you need this!!!

These are wonder full The regular and 24 mm were to small these 36mm flanges are spot on only took me 4 mons to find them So large breasted ladies dont hesitate they take just a couple days to come in

Silicone rim tore

They fit great and they’re comfortable, though the silicone rim ripped on one of my flanges after only 2 months of use. Disappointed in the quality
