Perfectly priced

For the price the lock on both the handle and deadbolt work flawlessly and are sturdy. Install was easy to replace the old set on a workshop/garage and took less than 30 minutes.

Look to be Smart Key

Last time I needed Smart Key locks I saw this entry and didn't buy because of the reviews stating that they weren't Smart Keys. I ordered several and they appear to be Smart Keys (I haven't installed them yet but they have the hardware and the hole in the face of the keyed side). Only issue I remotely have is that they're not the color I usually buy but it's not significant. I do wish the vendor would address the question of whether or not they're SmartKey on the item description so I don't have to wonder every time I come back here.

Good price, easy install.

Only one issue. We have installed a bunch of this type of locks. Some time the bolt locks don’t unlock, keys don’t turn and you have to play with the key back and forth to get it unlocked.

Smart Key...As Advertised

I was nervous about ordering this set. Several reviews said they didn't receive the Smart Key version. I ordered mine (3 sets) from Amazon (shipped and sold by Amazon) and they are the Smart Key version. The door knob and the deadbolt come in separate boxes, but shrink-wrapped together. You get 2 keys with the door knob, and 2 keys with the deadbolt, and they come keyed the same (all 4 keys work on the door knob and dead bolt). The Smart Key tool is in the kit as well (in the dead bolt box), so you can re-key the locks, if needed/desired. If you're looking for a Kwikset combo door knob/dead bolt with the mart Key feature, all at a very good price, get this set.

These work and are significantly cheaper than at the store Downside is these do not come with the same installation hardware you get when you purchase at the store but the upside is the price makes them worth while

Time saver

Was able to "rekey" to the key we where using with the previous lock. Didn't have to buy everyone a new key. That fact alone saved me so much time, money and headache. Simple to install too.
