I was surprised

I was surprised at its sturdiness. The pole handle comes in two parts is metal and screw into each other that is supported with a handle. Very light and easy to assemble.

Rake works great!

I love this rake! I have artificial grass and used it to rake up leaves and sticks. It worked great! It's light weight and easy to use.

Was unable to put together

This is a tricky review. The product itself is very good and works great. However, I was not able to use the handle which was sent, since the instructions to separate the bottom in order to insert the handle into the actual rake did not work. I was disappointed with customer service, as the inserted slip gave the contact quickwayimports, and when I contacted them since it was an Amazon order at first they offered no help. Later they sent the image attached. The problem is with Step1. The plastic part simply will not move. It is so firmly stuck even with a wrench I could not turn in no matter how hard I tried. Yes, steps 2 and 3 would be very simple however the plastic part was wedged so firmly it would not budge. I created a wooden handle which I screwed into the rake part itself, however this won't be as strong as being able to utilize the metal handle.

cheap shaft for an expensive rake

love the rake itself but the shaft is made of such thin-walled material, it broke in less than 5 uses under normal conditions. I wouldn't normally care if the price was 1/2-1/3 of what it is. Amazon support was excellent in managing a return.
