Cuts great

This cheese slicer cuts great and is easy to use. However, it was a lot bigger than I expected and takes up a lot of space. If you are looking for a great cheese slicer that is large in size this will be perfect for you. If you are looking for one that is still a great slicer but a little smaller than keep looking for the perfect one for you this is not it.

Sturdy!

Great cheese cutter! Very sturdy. No complaints on it. Use it to cut cheese for my son’s sandwiches for school.

Broke first use

I had to fix it the screws were loose and the wire came undone. The way I fixed it left a pokey metal that stabs you sometimes when washing it. Not the quality I expect from kitchenaid

We've bought cheese slicers in the past and been disappointed. We've always been impressed with KitchenAid products in the past and this was no exception. Solidly built, comfortable in the hand, and works as we hoped. Recommended.

Useless

The angle of the slicing head is all wrong. There is no way that I could hold it and get the wire in position to slice. I bought it for a rental condo that I was using and left it there for the next poor soul who wants a cheese slicer. I ended up back to using a knife to slice my cheese. This was absolutely useless.

Received it April 21.2021 and it's broken August 20.2021

The wire on this cheese slicer does not last long (4 months to be exact) and I maybe used it once or twice a week. The quality of KitchenAid products is definitely not there anymore. I'm 38 and slowly replacing KitchenAid utensils I bought in my mid 20s and the new products are garbage. I will be looking for a new brand with better quality.

Well made

This was larger than expected, able to handle almost 4" slabs of cheese. Just adjust the angle to adjust the thickness of the slice. Cuts and cleans faster than a knife.

se rompió después de dos meses de comprarlo

Anteriormente tenía un rebanador de queso marca oxo que me duró varios años, me parece extraño que la marca kitchen aid tenga un producto de tan mala calidad. No lo ocupo para quesos duros y al mes de uso se aflojó el alambre y me acabo de dar cuenta que está roto de los dos lados donde se sujeta el alambre, quiero saber si tiene garantía, no lo recomiendo
