Helps so much with heavy metal well water

I have a well that has a heavy iron presence, my hair has felt terrible after showering until now - this filter works and looks great!

Great shower head but don't bother to buy a replacement filter

The shower head is easy to install and works well. It has several nice setting options and the filter makes a difference. The filter will cut down on both dry skin and stings less when water gets in your eyes. My one problem with this product is the shower filter replacement. The first time I bought this shower head I could not open the shower head to change the filter. It has a simple slide and lock mechanism that does not work after the shower head has been used for a while. I then just bought another shower head instead of using my refill. Several months later I tried to install the same filter replacement I could not use with the first shower head. It did not work; just like with the first shower head. Overall good shower head but the whole shower head has to be replaced when the filter wears out.

I would have given this five stars.... It looks great and provides very ample water flow. It did a good job of filtering our hard water. But when we went to replace the filter, we were unable to open the showerhead to replace. I already purchased the replacement filter. Bummed.

Exactly what I needed!

For a long time, every time I washed my hair, I would get a sinus infection. I thought I was getting sick because of getting my head drenched, until someone brought to my attention the quality of the water. The apartment was using well water, and while it looked fine, it didn't always smell ok. I decided to give a filtered showerhead a try, and like magic I didn't get any more sinus infections. This showerhead was exactly what I needed. It is also beautifully designed and the spray options are great, though I mostly just use one. I've had it for a couple months and haven't had to change the filter yet. Also, installing it was super easy, as it doesn't require any plumbers tape. I'm so glad I bought it!

Excellent product

I am completely satisfied with this shower head. We have hard chlorinated water in our town. The filter in this device removes both the chlorine odor and the hardness making the shower a much nicer experience. I have been using it for two weeks and already notice that my skin is not as dry and doesn’t get that whitish look after a shower. It was very easy to install and no leaks occurred. It is easy to move the shower head to different angles (my husband and I disagree on the best angle!) and it is easy to change the spray from one type to another. The price was right!

I do not recommend!

I do not recommend purchasing this. Aside from the fact I accidentally purchased this rather than the hand shower one; Being the type of person to give something a chance I tested it to see if it may be worth keeping anyhow. It is leaky behind where the water sprays out where the product can be disassembled to exchange the filters, and the water flow isn't great. That being said if you remove the regulator you may have a better result. I tested the different settings, and honestly have had better shower heads than this. Needless to say, I promptly returned it.

Good looks, great water pressure, great product.

This is my third shower head, each a different model, and so my third review. Yes, it is good and easy to install. I buy the HotelSpa because of the charcoal filter, which helps reduce contaminates found in our water and in the steamy shower causes increased respiratory issues, like my asthma. The First model was a larger head and it just wore out, couldn’t open it to change the filter and the next one was a hand held style that is in my guest bath. I also like them for the water flow - good pressure.
