Compatibility issues
Was not compatible with customers smart dimmer. They had a Brilliant smart dimmer and it wouldn't allow the driver to dim. If you have a smart dimmer, you may not be able to dim your led lights with this. I paired this with led tape and had to return it for an electronic low voltage (ELV) driver. Other than that, solid and heavy product that I'm sure would work fine otherwise.

Good transformer
Similar to Nora Lighting at half the cost. Need more load (about 70% of rated load) to dim properly. Nora usually works well down to about 30% of rated load. But as long as you have enough load it seems to be good quality.

Probably a Good Product
If one of your product criteria is fast customer response, look somewhere else. After my question went unanswered for a week, even Amazon felt sorry for me and let me know. The product's own site doesn't have anywhere to ask anything. I bought this because of the claim that it was UL approved and made in the US. That might be. I asked a yes/no question and got crickets. Even Amazon felt sorry for me and let me know nobody was handling the issue. Meanwhile, other purchasers of dimmers from China ask about an issue and BANG! they get an answer. They even mention it in their comments. I got nuthin! So, a mention. Found my own answer eventually. The thing doesn't hum and the lights dim via a Lutron dimmer, so there's that.

Flickers at very low levels
I bought other power supplies at a lower wattage for other areas and they don't flicker. This one will flicker if you are down to maybe 2%, which I need when I set my LED lights to very low as a nightlight past 11pm. Overall, it's a good unit. Offers lots of power and does not get hot like the other transformers. Easy to connect 120V and 12V, but no instructions on how to lift the cover. You'll need a butter knife.

It works like it is supposed to.
I bought this to power and LED strip light I used when remodeling our guest bath. I needed dimmable and this did the trick. Everything was pretty straight forward and it seems to dim very smoothly. It has been in use about three months now, but it is in a guest bath and has only been used a dozen or so times so I can speak to durability. It certainly seemed well built and solid.

Does its job. Not many good ways to dim LEDs in a classically wired house.
This thing is solid and has been reliable so far. It's very heavy and needs space to vent, so make sure you know where this thing is going to be installed. It can't go somewhere excessively hot which might mean the attic is a no-go. It does flicker at the lowest setting, but not too bad.

Hope I never need your guarantee, but I'm tracking installations just the same
Your product is expensive and aside from the case doesn't seem to be any different than your competition. I have ordered 3 of your transformer / LED power supplies; have installed 2 replacing my original competitors LED strip light power supplies which seem to fail in about 60-90 days. I replaced my old 8' florescent fixtures with 3' LED strip lights and they are great when they work, but spend a lot of time flashing or not working at all. One of your transformers is passing the 60 day mark without a hitch; so far so good. Your guarantee is what drew me to your product and I hope I never have to test your claims. Thanks so far. Walt
