Bad Quality Control from Groz

I had planned to give these punches as a gift, but what I received is not giftable so I plan to return them. For starters, the bottom seam of the plastic/vinyl pouch was ripped so when I picked up the pouch, all the punches fell out onto the table, leaving behind a few dings and one nice chip in the finish. But that's my fault: I should have opened them over the trash can instead. The punches themselves look like they were assembled into a set from individual punches that they had laying around the shop. A few of them are shiny and new, others look dull, like they've been sitting around for a while. The tapers and especially the knurling are different on each punch. The 1/8" punch looks like the knurling isn't even finished! It looks like it should have spent a bit more time on the lathe. Finally, the size markings/engravings on the ends of the punches are of various quality ranging from good (on the 1/16" and 7/32" punches) to illegible (on the 5/16") to meaningless on the 1/8" punch where it only reads "3 - 0", whatever that means. Taken as a whole, all these defects and oddities tell me that the quality control at Groz is poor these days. I'd be afraid they'd break with a light tap from a small plastic gunsmith's hammer and I certainly would not give them as a gift. So they are going back to Amazon unused and I am never thinking about Groz tools again.
