Easy to do on your time

With my first baby I had quite a bit of tearing that required stitches. My husband had tried to help me beforehand but it’s hard to sync our schedules daily to do the necessary stretching to prepare for the birth. Now in my third trimester with our second baby, I was very interested in the ability for me to do this on my own when I get the extra time. The wand was long enough to reach around my baby bump. I was glad there was weight to the wand so it was easier to hold onto. The massaging end was an appropriate size to do the stretching. I also liked that they included the mirror on the inside of the box so I can see what I’m doing without holding a separate handheld mirror.

Very easy to use

I was so pleasantly surprised on how easy to use! This one also comes with ample instructions and guide so that you are not feeling overwhelmed with how to navigate perineal massage ( already an intimidating topics for me and I am sure many pregnant moms). The mirror is super helpful to help navigate. The design is simple and easy to reach without making it uncomfortable. You could tell they put a lot of thought into make this easy for us pregnant moms!

Helpful device

I am worried about tearing during delivery, and read about perineal massage as part of preparation. This was not that appealing initially and difficult logistically. But the wand makes the process much more do-able. Basically you are using this to stretch pelvic floor muscles. The fatter end of the wand was too large in my opinion, but then thinner end of the wand worked perfectly.

So far so good

I was recommend to try perineal massage to avoid another tear for my second baby. This Frida product makes you feel at ease and more comfortable doing these massages. So far I like the shape of the product and it is easy to use! Hopefully it helps with my next delivery !

Great product
