The Ross Royce of Nonstick Steel Roaster

This Roaster is well made and very versatile is able to make turkey, lasagna and shepard pie. No other pan is needed to make many dishes. I was glad to had purchase this product, I give it top ratings.

Solid and well built

This is a nice pan built solidly without being overly heavy. The steel feels thick and solid. We use mostly for roasting chicken thighs and it works great for that and is easy to clean. By far the best roasting pan i've every had.

Great for the money

I have never been a fan of anything Farberware. This is a big exception. The right size for a low drawer. Works with or without the rack. Cleans quickly and easily. Big enough for a ten pound bird or roast.

Impressive feel and quality

I used this in Canadian Thanksgiving to roast a turkey crown. It was in the oven for nearly 3 hours at 365F. The tray worked very well. The tray, handles and rack feel good quality. The tray did not warp and seemed to clean very easy after a short soak before going into the dishwasher. The care instructions are a little contradictory. It says handwashing is recommended and it is dishwasher safe. I ran it once, it seemed ok. The rack is chrome plated and not stainless steel. be wary of that if you use in the dishwasher too often. So far, I did not notice any issues with the coating peeling off (like mentioned by some other reviews) Washing in the DW too much will eat away at the non-stick coating.

Good quality.

Good for turkey. Dishwasher safe. It suggests not to use the dishwashing pods because it might damage the non stick surface so I put it in the dishwasher and squeeze some dish detergent on it. Works great.

Feels professional and is a good size

We've been using this on a regular bases, and it's doing a good job. The side handles, are maybe a little small and rotate upwards to a stopped position when you pick it up. I think I would have preferred fixed handles that were always in the ready position to be picked up, but I can't see that as a reason to drop a star.

Bit expensive but high quality

Absolutely amazing, and above expectations. This pan retains heat like none other pan I've owned. I cover the bottom with aluminum to make cleaning trivial. The grate takes a bit of scrubbing, but it's doable with a firm brush and a bit of patience.
