Possibly OK as a mat, but if you are needing it just for the material (it's a fair price after all), then mine was 1/2" short in length and width. It was 1/2" thick as described.

Not great purchase

This yoga mat is more of an “at home workout pad.” I wouldn’t buy this if I were going to a yoga class because it rolls up HUGE. I was also not able to return this easily, so got stuck with it - I had to package it and had already thrown away the box by the time I decided I wanted to return it and couldn’t find a box the size I needed (without spending a quarter of what I bought it for on the box).

Cheap

Size and color are great. Unfortunately, it was purchased to replace an old one (brand unknown) and the quality was inferior. It does curls back up when laid flat and it slides. NOT good for exercise.

Fantastic Yoga Mat

The thickness is perfect. Still rolls up to an easily portable size, but provides lots of padding on hard surfaces.

No es anti deslizante

Es grueso, en eso le doy 10 ; el material se desbarata fácilmente , en eso le doy 3; el color es bonito , en eso le doy 7; es cómodo , en eso le doy 10; PERO no es anti deslizante, si brincas encima “se patina” ya he tenido varias caídas , si haces lagartijas arriba hasta las manos se resbalan , jumping jacks es imposible. Tal vez para otro tipo de ejercicios esté bien.

Es muy cómodo, dice que es para dormir pero yo lo uso para hacer ejercicio, los tenis si lo rasgan, por lo que es mejor para yoga o cosas así, aun así me encanta
