Comfortable

It’s a good Mat because it’s comfortable and I do a lot of plank challenges (Chloe Ting). However, it already started ripping and it becomes hard to workout on it. It keeps moving sometimes depending on the workout...

This was a wonderful gift for my son for Christmas. He really needed an exercise mat and this particular item fit all his requirements.

Decent, but not sure I'd re-purchase

Not exactly what I would call extra thick. Only a little thicker than your standard yoga mats. And whatever type of foam it is, it leaves dents easily, like there are permanent indentations from the strap holder. Not the greatest of quality.

Great thick mat

I like the thickness of this mat. It definitely makes it easier to do floor exercises, especially ones that require a lot of core work. So far, the mat is holding up well to a lot of movement on it without scratch or gouge marks. It rolls up fairly small and the holder is great for keeping it in a tight roll and for ease of transporting. Because it is thick, it takes a bit of time for the mat to lay flat on the end that was more tightly rolled, but because of the length of the mat, that hasn't been a problem. It cleans up well, too, with just a damp cloth.

Maybe for Yoga, but not recommended for camping

To be clear, I bought three of these mats to use under sleeping bags during my recent camping trip... I did not try them for Yoga. They were thick enough to provide minor improvement and slight cushioning, but they weren’t as cushiony as I was hoping for, and they did tear rather easily. They also seem to absorb moisture, which I wasn’t expecting. I’m not sure how they’d hold up to exercising on top of them... all I did was sleep on them!?! The mat is as described, is 1/2” thick, and does come with a carrying strap which made packing them up simple. I’ll probably just stack them together and keep using them until they fall apart or I find something better. That’s my two cents.

Wouldn't recommend for active workouts

Let me start by saying that laying on this mat for ab exercises is amazing. There is a lot of cushion and makes laying on hardwood floors bearable for exercise. The down side is that any stepping on the mat with sneakers tears it up. I was using this during two workout programs which alternate between floor exercises and up jumping around and the few times I did step on the mat with my sneakers left tears in the mat. This is still a good deal for the money, just know that it really can only be used for yoga/pilates/floor work without sneakers.

Great for tall people!

I got this mat for 3 reasons; length, thickness, and price. It did not disappoint on any of those. It is one of the longer yoga mats on the market. Being that I am 5'10", I wanted one that was longer. This one fits the bill. I also have terrible knees, one of many reasons I decided to start yoga, so I wanted a thick and cushiony mat. This definitely is. And when you compare the price of this one to other brands of similar length and thickness, it is much cheaper. The fact that it is a pretty blue color and came with a carry strap are just bonuses imo.

Mala calidad

Lo compré para hacer clases de cardio y para nada es resistente, al primer uso se rompio y se mueve muy fácil en el piso.
