Exciting Hammer
Yes, exciting. I've used hammers for over a half century, and this slugger changed every boring and non-descript thing about nail drivers. Being old school, the hickory handle fits me and feels right. The build and grip and balance are fantastic, the handle sits splendidly in my hand, it drives nails with what feels like its own power, and the starter slot and magnet work perfectly. I find it drives 8 penny and up like a power gun, and occasional small finishing nails can be safely and easily punched right up to the head without switching to a lighter hammer. It is easy to find the right amount of choke on the handle for each job, and it has just about the ideal weight to manage all day without extra effort or strain. Best of all, I fully expect my grandchildren will still be using this hammer in 50 years.

Better than Vaughn and Stilleto
Been using this hammer for 9 months already the head started to feel a little loose so I bought a backup but after a while it just didn’t feel loose anymore still works and feels great it’s a money maker

Swangin
I bought this hammer knowing it was a 25oz, as I'm accustomed to swangin a larger caliber anyway. Usually a 22 or 23oz. But this was different. As I opened the box and unwrapped it from it's paper. I was in awe of it's striking size and girth. Uncertain of my worthiness, I knelt down to grab a handful when from out of nowhere the sound of trumpets filled the air and a soft glow surrounded me as I lifted it from it's box. In that moment I uttered "Damn" as I grimaced with strain. The room went quite and the darkness returned, the voice of my Uncle Wayne resonated in the distance with discussed as he yelled "quit being a P*ssy!

Best hammer and survival tool
Bought this to compare to a Hardcore brand hammer on loan from a friend. This is better by far! Sturdier construction than Hardcore, similar head as Hardcore, nice hickory handle, and $75-$100 less than Hardcore. Amazing hammer for outdoor survivalists, professional carpenters, and homeowners. Everyone really. Just love this hammer.

Big hammer go wack.
If you want a massive multi purpose framing hammer that can drive nails into cement in 2 swings. This the hammer I would recommend.

Replaced my 25 Year Old Estwing for the Cost of a Handle!
I'm the kind of guy who hates to part with anything just because it broke. My first reaction is always "I can fix that" and that was the exact reaction I had when I broke my beloved Estwing framing hammer. As you can see from the photos, the handle cracked while pulling some extremely stubborn nails. I looked and looked on Amazon and at my local hardware store and couldnt find a handle that was anywhere close to the right size. Furthermore, the new handles were all around $12-15. I was resigned to buying the all steel $40 Estwing framer on Amazon when I did one last search and this one popped up. For less than $19 I was able to get a stouter and improved version of my favorite hammer! Lookt at the comparison photos and you can see that the handle has been improved in both shape and thickness at the point of attachment. I've only driven about 25 nails with this new hammer so far but it seems well balanced and the magnetic nail starter is a cool feature I never new I needed!

Strong and beautiful hammer
Awesome hammer, I was a little bit skeptical at first, but after grabbing and using, it is light, heavy where it counts, and have a big head. It's awesome for his purpose. Don't be fooled about made in Taiwan, it's a great hammer.

Great product
I can’t say it’s light weight as it’s a heavy hammer. But the quality and build is 10/10. Definitely recommend

Hits hard
Enough with this titanium crap! Yes it’s less fatiguing on your arm but it takes more then twice as many swings. Titanium isn’t magic, physics is still at play. Less weight at the same head speed means less fallow through at impact. Buy a real framing hammer Like this one and when you hit a stud or nail it will actually move. Great hammer, nice fit and finish, grain orientation etc. Side puller is the only possible improvement.

size of the hammer
the hammer is a lot bigger than expected, its not lightweight and can see it being an issue using it all day. holding it on my tool belt feels fine and almost the same as my spec-ops 22oz hammer. i have found kneeling down it drags along the floor a little bit but bound to happen with longer hammers. getting into the details now: i personally am going to sand down the handle as it has a weird finish on it, this is just my personal opinion but something i noticed. as someone who wears two rings on my right hand i have always prefered hammers with a rubber handle just to reduce the shock in my hand however this handle i find sits nicely into the hand avoiding the rings. i like the hammer but be weary of the size and use it is going to be used for
