solid, does not leak
we hard lined it into our pvc system that is always under pressure. so far so good. we use it multiple times a day to spray area where our dog does its business. the lever on/off despite being used atleast 8 times a day still does not lieak. it is not as tight/snug when you flip it from the on to off position when new but still works. if it starts to fail, there is 3 more. Because it is supported by some PVC , the unit does not move,does not hit the ground, not get torqued or anything so i dont expect it to burst open like some have experienced. good product so far for 3 months.

1st unit failed on install, replacement failed at 4 months!!
The media could not be loaded. The first Emoly hose splitter I ordered was returned because it immediately leaked between the splitter body and the second hose fitting. Hoping it was just a faulty unit, I requested a replacement. The replacement unit lasted only 4 months, then turned into a fountain! (see my video)... Two defective units in just four months, the second being a catastrophic failure! I felt cheated. This item wasn't cheap to me. I'm on a retirement income. I wanted to contact the vendor but I could not find any contact info on any of the Emoly webpages. This forced me to contact Amazon directly. Amazon's call center staff were very understanding but wouldn't provide any vendor contact info. I told the Amazon agent that I expected the vendor to refund my purchase. I felt this was reasonable for such a short lived product. The agent referred me to their 'Returns Policy' and the expired refund/return window. SOL. I found this to be unacceptable. Amazon then escalated to second tier support and eventually offered a "Promotional Certificate" to make up for my financial loss. That's helpful, but it's still not right. I told the agent that I expected the VENDOR to step up and make good on their defective product. That's the way things worked in my day. The agent assured me that she'd report this to her manager for follow up with the vendor. We shall see if I get any response from the vendor. Anyway, I don't believe this unit is all metal, as the Product Description led me to believe. The body appears to be rubber coated plastic with the metal fittings pressed into it. That would explain the leaks and breaks that other reviewers reported. Still, many reviewers think this thing's great! Maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones and never have any problems with this product. As for me, I certainly wouldn't recommend it!!

By far the best.
By far the best. They are so easy to turn on and off. Very durable. I ended up buying 3 more of these so I now have one on all my water sources.

Lasted only four months then started to leak
It didn't last long, only four months. It leaks under the swivel ring. I believe the body is made of plastic. I have another one of different brand/company and that one still last b/c the body is metal. Remember always go for metal material.

Absolute waste of money
Out of the packaging and installed on the outside of my house the very first test resulted in significant leak by at the gasket connection of each hose. Did not matter how much or little pressure was applied the water leaked out like a sieve. Don’t waste your money. I purchased a brass 4 connector alternative and the result was night and day.

Broke in a month and a half insides are cheap plastic
Do not buy!!! Had this for a month and a half broke. Insides are plastic. Waste of money
