great customer service

The cover is sturdy and the dimensions were accurate. I like the multiple tie downs to keep the cover secured in the wind. The cover ripped after 18 months, but the company has a 2 year warranty. I filled out a form online, adding a picture of the rip, and they sent a replacement! Worth the extra money initially to have a replacement at no cost.

Everything is wrong with this!

1. Box said 209"L. Inside cover was 88" 2. It is not 30" tall. It's 28z". Sounds minimal but I need to protect the legs of the iron table that are rusting to death (another bad decision, go with aluminum) 3. Tie downs are useless. Could not wrap around the chairs as needed. And it wasn't long enough to wrap around the chair legs. 4. It did not stay dry on the inside. Not soaking but wet enough that the chairs felt wet probably because the rain bellied on top and it seeped through. I bought a $45 cover at retail for my last table and it was better than this. Wish I saved the receipt. Far from happy about this product.

Perfect for what I needed and easy on the eyes.

This fit my outdoor 8 chair set perfectly. I measured and got as advertised. Easy to spray down to refresh and keep clean of bird poop or dirty puddles that may collect if the cover is not pulled tight and the lower connectors aren't used. I get lots of compliments and I also purchased 2 of the loveseat covers.

Exceeded expectations!!

Very pleased I picked this cover for our patio table and chairs that takes a winter beating in the NW. Water repellant canvas that is easy to manage and roll up. I am glad I accurately measured the footprint and got the correct size so it fits comfortably over all 6 chairs. Definitely worth the price! This is a quality product
