Great for grass

Have 3 dogs, so this is great not having to bend down to clean up after them. Have the teeth on one side is great for not ripping up the grass. I'm 6'5" so I wish they made one with a little longer handle, but does the job.

Best scooper I have ever had by far!

Sturdy, teeth come together to prevent smaller pieces from falling through. Very good product would highly recommend as I have had multiple scoopers over the year and like this one the best!

Works exactly as it's supposed to.

It's decently sturdy, picks up poop easily enough and clamps down tight to hold it. Only minor complaint is that it's short. I'm tall so I need to bend down just a little but definitely better than scooping off the ground.

It’s great I got tired of using doggy bags to pick everything up so now I just walk around my back yard and pick everything up at once and if it gets dirty I just wash it with the hose and it comes right off

I build my own doggie composter rather than pay for a ripoff prefab. I was picking up the poop with a small hand shovel, but had to lean down all the way to the ground, and sometimes a piece would fall off. I got this to help with my efforts and it has made a world of difference. No more leaning down. It is strong enough to pick up all pieces, even if mushy from rain if I forgot to get it right away. Maybe picks up a piece of of grass or two, but that helps the septic breakdown. I am not sure how well this will work if you are just looking to bag up your poop, but for dropping into something large like my septic composter, it's a dream. I leave it hanging outside in the elements and have had no problem. Should make it through winter and hot summers as it is sturdy plastic.

Breaks easily

We have had this for one month and two days and it just broke. We loved it and it worked well and today while just normally picking up the yard it snapped. Of course it is two days past the date I can return it so I am now stuck having to buy another. Disappointing.

No mas bolsas!

Antes de comprarlo tenia mucha inquietud pues sentia que generaba mucha basura con las bolsas para recoger las heces. Desde el primer dia que recibi esta escoba quede fascinado. Es muy sencillo recoger las heces y tambien limpiar esta pala/escoba. La verdad es que para limpiar solo abro la pala sobre la coladera y le vierto una bandeja de agua. Muy sencillo. La verdad estoy encantado con lo funcional que es este producto. Sobre el producto perse, la verdad es que el plastico se ve bastante resistente. Llevo al menos tres semanas con el y lo dejo en la interperie. Sigue como nuevo, me parece que la calidad de este producto tambien es alta. Cumpli mi objetivo de no generar mas basura y ademas es bien comodo!

Scoops the poop

I have to confess I am using this for my 4 month old 14lb Frenchie. It works really well. Previously I had a 180lb Bull Mastiff - his poop needed bigger jaws. This one will be fine for me even when the pup is full grown. I have left the device outside during the Canadian winter - and there are no signs of any fragility - or the plastic getting brittle. The only thing that is even a slight problem is that one of the jaws has "pointy teeth" that are about an inch apart - the other side is reasonably straight. If your pup has a bit of a runny tummy - you'll find it hard to get a nice clean scoop off the grass. Sorry if this is TMI and i have found that the sun and rain resolves this issue. All in all I recommend this pooper scooper.
