Dieser Mikrowellen-Eierkocher von Dexas macht es ganz einfach, zwei Eier auf zwei verschiedene Arten zu kochen (kocht zwei Eier gleichzeitig). Zum Pochieren einfach die Eier in die gelbe Schale aufschlagen, etwas kaltes Wasser hinzufügen, den Deckel mit den stabilen Seitenlaschen anbringen, in die Mikrowelle stellen – und schon können Sie perfekt pochierte Eier genießen. Oder entfernen Sie den gelben Korb und kochen Sie Eier direkt in den abgerundeten Tassen für normal gekochte Eier. Der durchsichtige Deckel (im Lieferumfang enthalten) lässt sich sicher befestigen und sorgt dafür, dass Sie den Garvorgang schnell überwachen können. Kochen Sie bis zu zwei Eier gleichzeitig. Pooched eggs

These little microwave egg cooker works pretty good once you have tried it 3 or 4 times. I had to put a teaspoon of vinegar in the water to cook my eggs firm and the yolk soft and runny.

Experiment!

You have to experiment a bit to get your eggs how you like them. I use large size eggs, add a tablespoon of water and microwave for 90 seconds (my microwave is a tiny 700 watt one). Perfect eggs every time! Really like this little kitchen aid!

Practical for making quick tasty eggs in the microwave.

I like that you can prepare two different types of eggs in this product. Cleaning cooked eggs can usually be difficult, but the coating on this product makes it a breeze.

Great little egg cooker

My husband likes sausage or ham and eggs for breakfast. These work great to get it all done in one go. We don’t use the little strainer for poaching, so the cups are big enough, deep enough, to hold a pre-cooked, frozen sausage patty or a bit of ham in each of the two cups and then an egg broken on top. The bonus of this little gizmo is that the lid actually stays on with two hinged clamps if the eggs pop. Yes, we do break the yokes, but sometimes the eggs still make mini explosions. With this cooker, the lid stays on and the microwave stays clean. This is the third style of microwave egg cooker I’ve tried, and it’s the best I’ve found.

eggs still runny

I was excited to try this egg poacher but the eggs come out runny, I followed the instructions exactly. I tried to add a few more seconds and the yolk was hard. No luck here.

Great size it will fit xl eggs Plenty of room for water Will not open in Microwave because of the two side clasps Easy to remove eggs from water with the draining basket You can use this to “hard boil” eggs or cook them all the way through 1:30 in my new high power microwave for poached eggs 1:15 would be more than enough time but I like mine less runny I highly recommend Very convenient

Don’t like it!

I’d rather crack my eggs into hot water in a non-stick skillet (with a little vinegar to stop the egg from spreading) than use this thing. Eggs didn’t cook well and just a bit of a mess.
