Easy to install, and quiet operation with blower type fans instead of axial fans.
Like the larger wire gage on the heater side to help identify heater conductors.

This isn’t the easiest fan to install, but it was worth it. Pay attention to the instructions as there are two neutrals that need to be connected. It really is quiet when running!

Great Fan, packs a punch
This fan did great! It packs a lot of power which helped make my customer happy once I had it installed. Had to rewire it so it could be on a separate switch to the light, but it is working great!

Great Improvement to the Bathroom
My old exhaust fan was going out, so I thought "Why not upgrade to one with a heater?" and it was the best decision! This fan is incredibly quiet and does a fantastic job removing moisture from the air! The heater part is great for colder days as well!

Ceiling thickness is a huge factor
Installed as a retrofit in a 1950's era house where the ceilings were wood-lath, mortar 'brown coat', mortar 'scratch coat', and a white finish coat. The total thickness was more than what the mounting brackets would allow. Had to provide wood framing along the sides of the box, pre-drill, and screw the box to the framing. Very difficult in a 'closed ceiling' situation. Would be fine with standard 5/8" drywall ceiling, even with hard-coat applied, but not so much for 'old-school' plaster. ALSO...... This is designed for new construction. Unless you have an open ceiling that can be accessed from above, you cannot access the mounting brackets to install as designed, so you better have some carpentry skills, good tools, and a lot of patience. Just Sayin'.

Not strong enough
This heater works as it’s meant to but it just doesn’t heat the bathroom very well. Our bathroom is not very large so I didn’t think it would be a challenge to find a heater that would fully heat the room. I was wrong. I also dislike that the heater automatically cuts off every few minutes. I assume this is a safety feature to keep it from overheating but it’s annoying when the room isn’t getting warm enough. Pros are that it looks nice and is very quiet.

Heats a bathroom in few minutes.
This was a remodel, cutting into the ceiling which was more difficult than new construction. It is a great heater for a bathroom. works quickly. Love the heater but the exhaust fan is too quiet to cover up biological sounds. You have to run the heater and exhaust fans together to have enough white noise. It looks great on a white ceiling.

Poor customer service
The fan provides adequate heat and is quite. It is a good product. My problem is the poor customer support .. After I installed the main fan and went to install the grill cover I discovered it broken. I contacted customer support and sent all the information they requested but then never got a response from them. I have contacted them twice with no reply… Just make sure to inspect the entire unit before installing…
