Also showed up without the wiring harness

The product itself is wonderful. The installation video was thorough but brief. Unfortunately, like another Amazon purchaser who reviewed this product, my purchase arrived with the hitch and the mounting hardware but no wiring harness. My order was delivered by USPS for Amazon, so I got absolutely nowhere with my complaint.

Wiring harness not compatible with Wrangler JL models.

The hitch fits perfectly. However the wiring harness is not compatible with JL models. Amaazon needs to update the firmest guid.

A good solid hitch from a reputable company

I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't lacking a place to install the 4 pin connector on the hitch itself. Installed it in 20 minutes. Had to pry bar the muffler down just enough to slide one of the bolts in. Other than that, piece of cake.

Great purchase. A few pre-holes we not aligned on Jeep so had to drill but part was great and well-made.

Simple instalation

This was for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. It took longer to lower the muffler than to install the hitch. Also the wiring was a 10 minute job.
