Wide was not wide enough

These are really pretty but I had to return them as they were not wide enough for me. It's difficult to find a wide shoe that is truly wide and I almost always have to send them back. It's better to be able to try shoes on in person I think and I now try to do that rather then continually having to be disappointed.

Not a true wide

They are adorable and well made. I ordered an 8.5W and there is room in the toe area but the widest part of the foot, the ball width, was too narrow.

Very tight around arch of foot - stiff

Love the look of boot, color and quality. Unfortunately very stiff and tight in general. I don't have a hard to fit foot generally, but these don't work for me.

Wide is not wide enough

Width of size Wide is feel like between B and C, if you are width c or d than you still need to size up

Zipper easily broke

These boots were great for traction in the snow. However, after a couple months of wear while zipping the left boot, the zipper pull came off in my hand. Impossible to fix.
