Very versatile
I ordered this because of its many varied uses. I am a grandmother and did not want to invest in items with only one use. I have found the changing table on this to be quite nice and very convenient. I wish the mobile were on a battery and would move - it is stationary. However grandson still looks at it. That’s my only Negative critique on this item

Good materials, bad design for Bassinet
Poorly thought out details for this playard. The bassinet attachment swings around when the baby is in it. Can’t imagine the baby wouldn’t constantly be started by the swaying motion. Does not seem safe to use in this mode. The zippered storage attachment is also poorly thought out. The top portion has a huge zipper that goes around the top and has no way to permanently remove. If you just want this for the play pen and not the bassinet or storage, I think you’d be happier with this.

Very Nice
We've only gotten to use this a couple of times so far. The family has a new baby and this is for when they all visit. The little playpen portion is exactly what you would want for when the baby is older. the unit is really quite heavy and VERY sturdy, so there is no chance of a baby moving it around as they get older but we also noticed that our little dogs, around 15 pounds each, can't move it by knocking into it, which isn't true of the other bassinet we were using. This is really really solid. As to the bassinet portion, it is spacious and set up with its own mat so you don't want to add anything to it. It appears safe as to the design, where the sides are all aerated with the fabric that is breathable, in case the baby rolls over to the side. Again, it is very very sturdy and strong, immovable, and doesn't shake at all. The changing pad is exactly what you'd expect from a unit like this and is functioning very well. We hung another caddy nearby for even more diapers and found that we have more than we need in our little are. This multi-use unit is nice and compact and really functioning well for us. Overall, what I noticed about this that really impressed me was just how sturdy and heavy this is. I can tell it was made to the top standards of safety and I really appreciate that. The second thing I noticed was how much space it saves as compared to what we used years ago when babysitting. This takes up very little room and is so easy to use. Because the bassinet portion is raised, it is easy to lift and then lay back down without hurting my back. The changing pad is set nearby in our home and the entire set up is working incredibly well. I'm genuinely happy with this after just a short time and I really wish I'd had one before. Good luck in your search. As to quality and durability, this is a really nice unit and we're very pleased. I can recommend this to anyone looking for a space saving design that combines a playpen and bassinet and changing pad. This does the trick and takes up so much less space. It's just wonderful.

Great Pack and Play
This is such a beautiful play pen, pack’n’play, Play yard or portable cot - whatever you call it this is a beautiful example of functional and stylish design for babies and children. Chico has always been well known for quality baby goods and in particular their pack n plays. I had one more than a decade ago when my first son was born and I was excited to receive this one too. It’s great to see they are continually improving their products and having zipper fabrics is a great idea. Having a bassinet, change table and the cute lullaby are all pretty standard across pack and plays these days, but Chico has higher weight limits And easier functionality. This is such a great option for new parents and establish parents, As a first bed for baby in your room or for travel, skip the traditional changing table and just use this one.

Very nice Playard setup
This Chicco Lullaby Zip All-in-One Portable Playard is a very nice and easy to setup Play yard for my kids. We have been using the included accessories like the changing table part a lot and it is very convenient to use. The Playard is very stable and sturdy. I can set it up and take it down in two minutes. It's not super heavy but it isn't light either. I would highly recommend this Chicco Lullaby Portable Playyard to all parents of younger kids.

1000x better than a Graco!
I wish this pack n play comes up more in product searches. We used a Graco before but this is far better in terms of quality, esthetics and functionality. The changer comes off easily and best part is the washable cover (nappy change can be a messy affair). It’s very well built and does not feel chintzy the way Graco ones do. But because of that, the downside is it weighs more so I don’t recommend it for traveling. However, it’s a perfect alternative to have at home instead of the traditional crib + changing station which take up soooo much space! With this, you just fold it up and store away efficiently until the next baby comes along!
