Easy to use. Couldn't use my cross bow without it.

Easy to use , just crank, no pulling

So much easier than using the hand pulled Rope , My Husband had open heart surgery twice, this crank makes it so much easier for him to load the cp400 crossbow, fast and easy!

Don’t get if not sure

The rope is easy to crank but I noticed after a few uses the rubber started to fray and make sure you ck and make sure it’s the right one even if same manufacture (center point) it may not work and I only got Partial refund

Mickey Mouse piece of junk.

I bought the Center Point CP400 crossbow last December. Due to multiple shoulder surgeries I can no longer shoot a standard bow. The crossbow came in, I couldn't cock it with the rope. I ordered the Silent Crank, got it simple attachment, easy to use, I was happy, until the screw kept backing out when cranked. I'm left handed and had the handle attached to the left side, well due to the screw continuously backing out it tightened to well evidently. The boss cracked after about 20 or 30 time cocking. No big deal I've still got the rt hand boss. I then started tightening the screw every time I used the crank. It's a pain in the butt however doable. I have used the crank maybe 60 times. Yesterday I was cooking my crossbow with it and the damn strings broke, luckily as I has just started getting tension on it. Now I'm stuck with a practically new crossbow that I cannot use but to the piece of junk 225.00 crank which seems to be made from pot metal and shoe strings. Do not by this piece of crap.

Cables broke in less than a month

My father-in-law got the CP400 but just didnt have long enough arms to fully cock the bow with the rope cocker. So we ordered this cocking device. He Used it less than a month and the cable broke. Now it is just a boat anchor as I was told to contact Centerpoint, but they are just too busy to be concerned with my problems. Strongly suggest going a different route if you plan on using this cocking device to cock the CP400!
