Excellent

Through the years I have had every non stick skillet made! Very expensive ones and inexpensive ones. They have all turned out to be a disappointment. Sticking, chipping and warping. I bought the 12 inch diamond ceramic a couple of years ago and it has been the best pan I have owned, relatively cheap, reliably nonstick and as even and flat as new. I cook with electric so not warping is very important. I would highly recommend!

Not as pictured

I fell in love with the Blue Diamond cookware when I purchased the 9 piece set. Looking for a larger sauté pan, I saw the picture of this 11" fry pan and it looked perfect. However, this skillet is a lot flatter than the picture shown. I was misled to think that this pan looked deep in the picture. It's actually a large, flat pan with a lid which I can still use for my collection but not the pan I was looking for.

Super non stick

Just got this pan and used it for the first time. Fried several eggs with a short blast of cooking spray and experienced no sticking. Even the cheese did not stick. Cleanup was a breeze. No need to use dishwasher. Very simple to wash with no residue or scouring. This pan is a perfect compliment to my set

Nice heavy pan, should last years!

I bought this as a gift, to my always hungry grandson. It cleans up really nice and always looks great! The non stick and high temperature pan, is perfect. Also, I love the fact it came with a lid.

Seems good so far !

I use the Blue diamond pans on a gas stove. I replaced older one with this . This one is deeper which is good because even on smallest burner on low it can burn what you are cooking. Particularly sandwiches. Spices and buttered bread burn quickly. I hope it holds up !

No oil required.

I love making scrambled eggs in the morning without needing any oil! And the pan wipes clean.
