This item only has the 2 heads it does not have base to hold the rollers and pictures show everything together that is why I bought

It should advice that it’s incomplete!!!
It’s too much advertising and it’s incomplete tool. Been unable to use it, horrible that came without handles and been trying to contact the company to see where I can at least get them. No response!!
