Well constructed! Attractive. Locks work great. Excellent design— open with lock front and back. My neighbor came over to order one too. NOTE: Comes with no hardware for installation— only mailbox and keys.

Attractive and functional. Rear opening to access mail is a great feature. No more going to the front of the mailbox and into the street to retrieve the mail!

Tricky to Install

Thankfully my husband is good with improvising since these people didn't think about installation at all. It bugs me how company's don't put anything into help its customers with installing their products. Hello people get your act together. We will write rave reviews for a product that can be installed easily especially when you have to think about all the women and younger generations out there that are trying to do DIY things. We had to mount it to our brick pillar and I guess this company only expects it to be mounted to wood or metal posts. But it does look fabulous now I do appreciate the style of it and its very functional so I'm glad we bought it and every time I look at it I appreciate my hubby even more!

Good Value, Solid Mailbox

I wanted a locking mailbox and most of the choices I found were too ornate or looked too institutional/too big & boxy, whereas this one looks more like a traditional mailbox. I ordered the matching bronze post, and the two were easy to attached to each other. The box has a large door on the back and a small door on the front, and both doors use the same key. TIP: The post is meant to be sunk in the ground or cement, meaning a portion of my sidewalk would need to be jack-hammered and re-cemented, which wouldn't be cheap. Instead, my handyman cut the post down to the correct length, then welded a 4" x 4" plate to the bottom of the post and bolted the plate to the sidewalk. No need to jackhammer anything, and you don't even notice the plate.

It's not you, it's me.

The box is very well made. Due to freezing weather I haven't been able to install a new heavy duty compatible post. The box's mounting holes didn't line up with our very old existing post and mounting plates at the home improvement store don't either. I was able to make a short term adapter out of a 1x6. A mounting template would have made that easier. In any case, I'm really happy with the box and can't wait to put a new post in this spring.
