Perfect Grill Pan! Highly recommend!

I decided to go with this when replacing a cast iron grill pan, & am very happy that I made the switch! This grill pan makes excellent steaks, perfectly heating them while giving perfect grill marks (bud). I'm sure it'll work great on other things, but can assure you that even if you're just making steaks, this pan is the one you want to go with!

One of the Better Griddles

I have bought the All-Clad griddle before. What I have found that it will rank in the top tier of pans with good quality, and I recommend it. However, like all griddle pans I have used, over time the finish diminishes depending how much you use the pan and how you care for it. The griddle pan is my 'go to' pan that I pretty much use every day. The surface of the All-Clad is one of the better ones I have tried. I have learned, as part of my cleaning process, I never clean with water when the pan is hot for this will quickly warp the surface. Unfortunately, with continuous use the pan will warp anyway. If you use this pan a lot, you can expect it to warp in about 6 - 8 months. Unfortunately, although the All-Clad is a good pan, I haven't found any brand does not warp over time.

Nice size, but long handle.

Doesn't fit that great on my stove because of the long handle. That's my only complaint. Cooks evenly. Great for eggs and pancakes.

Amazing easy to Clean

This is my first All-Clad cookware that I have purchased and I am thoroughly impressed. I have a random assortment of Cuisinart, Anolon, and T-Fal so I have had a decent cookware, but this grill pan is on another level. This pan has some weight to it and takes a little while to heat up which to me demonstrates its quality (Heat distribution/retention++). I meal prep and cook teriyaki chicken (thigh meat) every week. Previously I would spend 5-10 minutes scrubbing off char and burnt sauce after cooking on the pans I had used, with this grill pan I simply wipe down with a soapy sponge and rinse, no mess / no fuss. I Highly recommend this pan.

Great quality - very heavy and solid.

Very solid very heavy pan with even heat distribution. Cannot comment on durability of the finish as it is too new. It is helpful that the pan has a hole in the handle to hang up. This brand is fairly expensive but pretty good value as their items do last.

Beautiful pan. This has become our go to kitchen pan. We use it almost daily ! It has some nice weight to it and the quality is above average. We are very happy with this purchase!

It pays to buy quality

I've never spent so much on a single pot or pan before, but, after having to throw out yet another cheap grill pan that got warped and wore out, I decided to splurge on this All Clad pan. It makes a huge difference! It's thick enough to hold heat and evenly distribute it. Its ridges are prominent enough to drain away fat, and to leave gorgeous grill marks. The steaks I grilled turned out better than any that I'd made on my old, cheap grill pans. Before using it for the first time, it must be washed in warm, soapy water, dried off, then seasoned by wiping it with a tiny bit of cooking oil on a paper towel. To maintain its non-stick surface, it should be re-seasoned after every few uses. So far, it seems to be professional-grade, and to deliver what it promises.

Amazing non-stick pan

So far so good! My husband is really hard on our pots and pans but this one may just be his match. Haven't had it long but it feels solid and the non stick is truly top notch!
