An obvious return: one part missing

I love these shoes EXCEPT that one shoe was only partially wrapped in packing tissue and the clip-on decoration is missing. That is very disappointing and shows a lack of quality control. I am not going to return these - I can wear them by removing the one decoration. However I think it would be fair if Amazon would make an adjustment to the price. I would ask to have another decoration mailed to me but I am assuming that is not possible.

Fabric is black lace.

The picture seemed to shoe a solid black fabric shoe. Shoe received was black lace fabric. In addition there were no jewel clips for the shoes. Returned.
