Do not buy from this company!

After receiving this set, buying sand and filling bases then I took them out to yard to put together. Filled items in garage and looked ok there. After I changed my backyard around to accommodate the pair of birdbaths (70 year old female and there was some heavy items to move by myself, not the baths but other things) I put the pieces together outside. This is when I noticed the bases where a different shade than the pedestals but the worst part was the basin of one of them had about a 6-8inch crack at the lip. It is not in an area that leaks but not sure if it will make it through the season. As there was alot of work involved to put them in the right spots I decided to keep them( to much hassle to empty the sand,pack up and ship back) but called Amazon for some kind of refund or better yet send me a new basin. They called the company who promised Amazon that they would contact me within the next 2 days. Nothing from them, no call or email. Amazon told me they would follow up with me in 2 days to see company had contacted me....and they did. However they told me only the company could give me the option of a partial refund or better yet a new basin. Can you tell I’m upset! These birdbaths are not worth the money they are asking to begin with ( I see price has gone up even more since I purchased them) so I would think their customer service should at least be good. Buy a couple of metal ones from somewhere/someone else. These are made from a kind of fibre board. Would not recommend purchasing from this company, buy elsewhere.
