Love it

The reason for a missing “star” is the fact that it doesn’t say to “not let it plugged in between uses”. I found out the hard way when it quit and the motor was really hot. Cooling it down, then trying again didn’t help, so I ordered a replacement because it is such a great tool. It actually does as good as ‘hands and knees’ but without the work.

I bought for my Aunt and Uncle who are in their eighties and they love it. My uncle said it moves on it's own and he does not have to push it around like a regular mop. This keep his back from hurting after mopping. It does a great job on cleaning the floor also.

Battery life is not the greatest.

ossalThe battery doesn't last long per charge. The mop pads don't pick up dust/dust bunnies. It just spreads them around. Doesn't clean glass or mirrors well. Will try again using less glass cleaner. Only cleans flat base boards. I like using this mop on my floors. The floors dry quickly. The mop does a pretty good job.

Perfect for light cleaning on engineered hardwood

I just receive my Floor Police Mop today and wanted to try it out. I love my engineered hardwood floors, but was warned not to mop with excessive water or even too much steam because it could over saturate the floor and make it buckle like laminate that gets too wet. The Floor Police Mop seemed to be a good choice since you only spray your preferred cleaner onto the pads. I used the flooring manufacturers recommended cleaner and started cleaning. At first it didn't feel like it was rotating as fast as they advertise, but it didn't matter because what it was doing was cleaning and shining the floor. I still had to hand scrub a few 'tough spots'. Overall he Floor Police Mop did a good job on the area that it was tested on, they are now shiny and clean. I think for light cleaning areas it will be a great item, but I don't think it is the mop of choice for heavily soiled areas. In conclusion, I am happy with it for the job I purchased it to do. I would have given it 5 stars if I thought it would work on heavily soiled areas too. We'll see if the product holds up over time.

Cleaned hard wood floor. after use installed the charger and nothing happened. motor would not turn. threw it away and lost $116. never again.

Floor police is incredible

The floor police mop is unbelievable. I wish I had discovered it earlier in life. I use it for high-end engineered hard wood, ceramic kitchen tile and even my old marble bathroom tiles. I tried the scrubber pads to remove hardwater stains on my glass walled shower, and together with cleaning strength vinegar, I was amazed that that glass walls look perfect now after just 10 minutes. It didn't scratch the glass (but I would be cautious to test it on a new bathroom. My shower is old so I was less concerned about scratches). I have shoulder injuries and I bought this so I could clean. It was totally worth the money (can't speak to how long it will last yet bit even if it isn'tlong lasting Im happy).
