Sizing is off

I bought the medium for my 16 year old brother in law and it was very small. He’s a very thin person so it must’ve been really small. I hadn’t even known until recently it was too small but he said it was almost like a kids size. It’s a bummer for how expensive it is

You can smell that this item was worn before it was returned then sent to another buyer(me) it reeks of cologne and has no tags I was excited to receive it until I took it out the bag and the smell almost took me out I will be returning this ASAP
