Too long

The bar that holds the toilet paper is too long with too much resistance on the spring. So you have the choice—drill the holders far apart (not a great idea if you’re trying to replace an existing holder) or drill them the standard size and then curse every time you need to replace the paper roll. Wish I realized this and returned it before I started the installation.

So pleased with this purchase

With so many to pick from on line, I had to rely on the views of others. This is a solid and sturdy holder, it comes with long anchor screws so can be installed without being drilled into a wall stud. I had it installed by our contractor as part of new construction. He was impressed by it. It fits the various sizes of paper.

Fits my extra large rolls from costco!

When we were redoing our bathroom, I really wanted a toilet paper holder that could fit the xl rolls from costco. I couldn't find any that fit the aesthetic of our bathroom so I gave in and bought this sleek nice looking one. Happy to find out that the xl rolls will fit on this holder!

Not good. Home Depot didn't have the 2 armed style

I had gotten the same style of holder but with a support on only one side. It kept getting loose and letting the roll slide off the arm into the trash bucket. Not good. Home Depot didn't have the 2 armed style, so good old Amazon to the rescue. They had the 2 armed one. Much better. The roll stays on!!!

Good but spring is too long

Bought this for my bathroom. I don’t really like the spring. Why can’t it just have a normal short spring? To get a good/normal length for the toilet roll to sit on, you have to really push the spring in quite a bit which seems unnecessary. The quality of the hardware seems good though.
