Love these socks!
These socks feel so good on my feet. It’s like they are hugging me, which I love. Really comfortable! Definitely comfortable to wear and I plan to order several more pairs.

Elastic Came Undone After Just One Washing
I purchased these based upon ratings, to replace the one pair of hiking sock I bpught at REI 6 years ago. These fit well and are comfy, with great padding, but after just one hike and wash, I noticed a piece of elastic hanging off of one of them, which greatly dissapointed me. I've had my other pair for 6 years and they're holding up far, far better. Not sure what's going on with these socks, but I'm so disappointed.

Great long lasting socks
I have worn these socks for years with my hiking shoes that I wear daily. They are very soft, cushioned and long lasting.

Cushy and thick
These are very nice thick, cushy socks. Really good for a lot of walking or cold weather.

Great sox!
I have been wearing this brand/style for over 20 years. They are awesome! They wear well, wash easy and keep my feet warm during thr Pacific Northwest winters!

Incredible Value
Let's see, this is 2013. I first started backpacking in 2004, so that's where my love affair with Thorlo began, so.....9 years in love. Nine years ago, I bought a "six-pack" of these Coolmax Light Hikers from someone selling Thorlo irregulars on eBay. First, I wore them backpacking because they were just right for a cushioned ride plus moisture wicking plus quick dry after walking across streams. Then I wore them to work out in the gym, and then I wore them any other non-backpacking non-excercise time I wanted to be comfortable and warm, including sock-footing around the house all day. I owned NO other warm-weather or hiking sock, so you can imagine how much wear & tear these old socks got! OK, so this winter they finally started getting a little hole here, a little thin there, until I was down to 2 1/2 pairs, barely, so it was time to reorder. (Doing laundry more often to keep a fresh pair handy was getting old.) The ones I got in the mail are EXACTLY what I got 9 years ago---they feel and look like old friends. Admittedly, I was shocked to see how the price had gone up since 2004, but once I considered the amazing run for the money those 9 year old socks had given me, I just want to say, "THANK YOU THORLO!" In this day and age of cheap, cheap, cheap, you are nothing but quality, dependability, and value. I just feel bad you had to wait 9 years for me to buy from you again, but hey! I didn't need to, you're so good at what you do!

Not as I remembered
I am not totally disappointed, but I remember thorlos being softer, cushier, and more springy than these. They are still very good socks. I would recommend them for the comfort and support. Just not how I remember them to be …

Great fit
Have a thick pair of Thorlos hiking socks and love them. Thought I was ordering the thick ones but received lightweight ones. Almost returned but decided to keep them. They do have some cushioning and are thicker than my wool socks.

I got blisters
These socks were fine for one day hiking but I was doing 250 kms in Spain on the Camino. Day two my feet started breaking down by the end of day three it was bad. I got my hands on a different pair of socks and I got no new blisters after that and the blisters started healing. Did150 km after that with other socks. Definitely not the shoes.
